This is a furnished T3 of 55 m2 including: a shower room with walk-in shower, chinese furniture, washing machine dryer, hairdryer, a kitchen with induction hob, oven, micro -waves, fridge freezer, dishwasher, hood, vacuum cleaner without sack ... Solid hardwood floors in bedrooms with closet, living room with closet, LCD TV, TNT, wifi. Electric shutters. One double bed and two single beds to accommodate 4 people.
You can facilitate your stay with the following options:
- Set bed linen (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase): 5 € / bed / stay
- Set house and beach (1 bath towel, a towel, a bath towel): 3 € / pers / stay

Agreable sejour au coeur de Saint Gilles
Sejour agreable. Appartement fonctionnel et bien situe à deux pas de la rue pietonne. Cuisine bien equipe, machine a laver sechante bien pratique.
