A room (2 beds 90 x 200 combinable) with room of water. Separate WC. Heating and electricity included. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning included in the price. Parking nearby. Logement très bien situé avec vue sur la place et beffroi. Suffisamment de l’espace et propre. Toutefois un effort d’aménagement serait nécessaire pour le rendre confortable : pas vraiment de coin séjour quand l’espace le permet - canapé inutilisable à cause de son siège, pas de source de lumière pour lire..., pas de tablette ni meuble pour poser des affaires dans la salle d’eau, armoire ouverte..). Bon potentiel mais le prix est vraiment en décalage par rapport à la prestation . Accès par espace poubelles assez désagréable malgré le charme potentiel de l’escalier ancien à vis (à sécuriser, pas de rampe)
