The property is in the best beach location on both islands. We ventured all around and this side and location were by far the nicest. Sandbar goes out with crystal clear water for quite awhile. Would be fantastic for kids. Felt comfortable here the entire time.

Property and location was fantastic! Basically a private beach on the North side of Spanish Wells.We had an issue on our 2nd night of a week...the water heater broke and was leaking water everywhere (on the outside of the cottage). We contacted the host (on a holiday), and she was there with full support.Within 70 minutes of the call/text to the host, the water heater was replaced and working perfectly. Fantastic service!

Excellent location on Spanish Wells to walk the beach for quite a while in either direction. Lots of shallow water beach that would be perfect for little ones to play. A few kite surfers downthe beach were having a great time. We did some snorkeling near the grass beds up the beach .

Beautiful relaxing vacation! The accommodations were wonderful and well appointed. Everything you would need. The transport from airport, to taxi, to Ferry, to golf cart and meeting Becky who guided us to the cottage was perfect.The owner even dropped off a lovely fruit basket for my husband’s birthday. Hands down a beautiful beach and relaxing vacation. Highly recommended!

The location of this property is beyond amazing. The cottage is very clean, and stocked with everything you need. The host is very helpful, and made sure everything was smooth with check-in. You can walk to most of the restaurants on Spanish Wells, but you may never want to leave the cottage and beach steps away.

Becky was right at the docks when we arrived and helped shuttle us to her beautiful cottage on the beach. It was a wonderful stay all the way around with plenty of beach/outdoor amenities as well indoor coziness for the few rainy days we had. We hope to be back again! Spanish Wells is a great low-key island with friendly, helpful people.

My wife and I loved this cottage! The location, inside & outside of the house, and the host were all great for us. Once you book the house, Rebecca (host) can arrange your transportation to the boat dock, boat ride to the island, and reserve your golf cart for your island vacation. I would highly recommend this cottage. We'll return to the island soon, and we hope the cottage will be available for our vacation!
