Three bedroom house, large fenced backyard. Master bedroom with king size bed with private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and.full bathroom next to it. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. There is a large family room with a pool table and wood burning fire place. The kitchen has a bay window with a breakfast table. There is dinning room and a living room.. The house has a fenced in backyard. The house is a few minutes away from Marta , park and ride. Ten minutes from stone mountain. Eight minutes from stone crest mall
Twenty minutes from downtown.( I don’t rent to Atlanta locals) to many problems, I the rights to cancel your booking

This property was a true Godsend!! My wife & I were looking for a place that was close enough to my family in ATL, but was also in a peaceful neighborhood with accessibility. This home was great! Well kept, very clean & spacious, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood (with friendly neighbors). Delbra was an absolutely gracious and accommodating host, but not at all overbearing. Booked for an extended weekwnd stay. Location was within reasonable distance to downtown ATL and sites. Quiet neighborhood. Home needs some cosmetic updates and professional cleaning. Was not able to check-in until 3 hours past scheduled time because the owner was still cleaning from previous guests and the house smelled of cigarettes. Had to go out and buy Febreeze to try to control the smell. .

The home is located in a great location. The neighborhood was quiet overall. The home and its furnishings are in need of some moderate love and care, but it's still a very beautiful home. Nice home great stay

We really ejoyed staying at this home. It was very comfortable. The house has a lot of room for families to gather in different areas if needed. Plenty of tvs as well. The back patio was a great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning and just to spend some quiet time in. The neighborhood was nice and the location was great. We were close to Stone mountain and the city was just about 30 minutes away, which we enjoyed since we didn't want to be in the city. But it didn't seem like a trek either. The home is also very close to a Publix, which makes life much more convenient as well. We would definately stay here again if we are back in the Atlanta area.

Read the reviews carefully if you don’t like mold do not stay in this home. It smells horrible like old mold and filled the mattress is uncomfortable and very very smelly that the amount of Febreze we put on it with fix. We told the owner about this and she charged us for a dog that was out of our house for literally 45 minutes she didn’t care at all she didn’t help at all run from this listing not stay here.

Great house for the money

House was perfect for what we wanted, and having a pool table was a HUGE bonus!! House could use a little bit updating with decor, sheets, and stuff.. master bed was NOT comfortable. It HURT. Sleeping on it was bad. That would be the only bad thing really about the house. I feel like for the money and the size, you are getting a great deal!! Would definitely stay again, just wouldn’t sleep on the master bed.

Worst Host of All Time.

Delbra is by far the worst host of all time and should not be on this app at all. No access to the garage at this place. Because of this my car got broken into. I told the Host that if I didn’t have access to the garage my Property would be either stolen or broken into. and within 72 hours of being at this location my truck was broken into. Delbra doesn’t communicate at all. I was very clear with Delbra that if my truck was stolen I would Sue her and the company because I expressed to her what was going to happen to my truck in this area the property was but she seemed to continue to ignore me. U can’t get over how terrible a host this Lady was. I will never be using this app because of her. The property was also not in good shape. No hot water in the master shower. Parts of the back door is broken. Some lights do not work. remotes needs to be up to date. And I cannot get over how bad of a Host Delbra was I did not enjoy my stay here one bit so bad that I just packed my belongings and left. I won’t be using this app because of Delbra thank you!
