Nice well-stocked property

We came for son’s college graduation. The property was spacious and comfortable. Pool was very nice and perfect for both kids and adults. Property also well supplied with towels and cleaning supplies. It also has a washer and dryer which was very useful. Hosts very responsive. Overall wonderful stay.

Family vacation

We had a great trip, the house was very clean and spacious. We had a great time in the heated pool during the day and at night, the pool had a cool night light so it made night swimming fun! The location of the house was key, it was 5 minutes from the stores, it was 11 minutes from the air port and 20 minutes from down town Tampa. Highly recommend this property.

Nice stay in the warm weather

Happy to have nice comfortable beds, clean house, GREAT washing machine! Jose was excellent in helping us with our stay in Tampa. Neighbors are nice, just like to have music on during the day.. (no big deal for us)

Great location for Yankee Spring Training family trip!

Clean venue. Great pool. Close to airport and Steinbrenner Yankee Stadium. Perfect location to allow lots of time together and minimize time spent traveling to location events. Owner responsive to any questions.

The house was very clean, roomy & conveniently located for certain shopping and close to Incarnation Catholic Church just minutes away. We loved our stay here & really enjoyed the heated pool with the screen enclosure. The host was easy to reach with any questions.

Great heated pool

My family and I enjoyed our stay. My two boys loved the heated pool and swimming at night. The location made it easy to visit most of Tampa's area attractions; beaches, aquarium, orlando, etc. Also very close to the airport. Jose was very accomodating and always easy to get in touch with.

Nice Thanksgiving Trip

We really enjoined our stay, the property owner was very attentive, and always a txt away. Very close to Bush Gardens and the Airport. We also spent a lot of time in Clearwater, (30 min away) fishing and at the beach. I would defiantly come back to the home again.

Very nice home. The neighbors to the rear were a bit obnoxious with their loud music but the area was convenient for close travel. Jose was very good to work with.

Perfect spot for family

We rented the house for a long weekend for our family of 4 and it was great. The location was great for our days to Disney, Clearwater and St Petersburg but our time at the house was just as great with the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and easy access to groceries and essentials. The owner was to get ahold but we had no issues to communicate or ask about. I would recommend and we will definitely rent again if we return to the area.

Lovely home - just as described!

We rented this home for four nights; we were in the area for our grandson's H.S. graduation. I will say that the home is of hotel quality, and well appointed. Very nice! Beds are comfortable. All appliances we used worked properly. Pool was clean. Communication with the host was easy; we always received a quick response. We followed the house rules and received our deposit refund promptly. One note of caution: we were there on a holiday weekend, and graduation weekend - the neighbors nextdoor and behind were partying loudly from late morning to well after midnight. This is not a reflection on our host and/or property, just something to consider when booking. Overall, a very nice, clean property. I would definitely recommend.

Clean and updated

The place was well cared for and clean. Nice open kitchen/dining/living rooms. Property was well depicted in the photos. Beds were firm but we slept fine. Pool had a few tiles missing but didn't affect it's purpose and temp was great. Neighbors had a late night party one night but were not very loud and we couldn't hear them in the house. Jose was responsive.

Go Yankees

We come to Tampa every spring for Yankee Spring Training. This home was super close to Steinbrenner Field (and an easy drive). Also close to Tampa Zoo. Jose was very helpful..especially knowledgeable about golf courses! We did spend a lot of hours in the heated pool!

Wedding in Plant City

We were in Florida for a wedding in Plant City. Great girls’ weekend! Highly recommend this Vrbo, 5 stars all around! The owner is easy to communicate with and gave great suggestions on restaurants in the area. One suggestion….add more towels & wash cloths!
