My wife and I have grown our vacation rental business from a Fort Walton condo to a total of six rental properties with four cabins in Sevierville, Tn. We are not a very large rental company so we provide excellent customer service. We are from New Orleans, and we have a very good cleaning service, and our maintenance staff is excellent. We look forward to you renting our cabin, and we would love to have a long term relationship with all of our customers and friends that we develop thru the years with providing memories that families will have for a lifetime.

Why they chose this property

This property is an exact duplicate floorplan from our highly successful rental cabin VRBO 649278. The view by the firepit is fantastic. This cabin provides a theater experience at the movies with a large projection screen and an excellent 7.2 surround sound system, which is very rare to find in a two bedroom cabin. We also have a wet bar with a refrigerator in the game room in addition to a custom built logged pool table that is also rare to find in cabins. The game room also has a classic arcade game with 60 games.

What makes this property unique

The backyard has a very large charcoal BBQ. The front and back porches have rocking chairs, and the front porch also has a logged swing with an amazing view of the mountains while you are relaxing on the swing.
