Surf Court 67 - Updated 2 Bedroom Townhouse - Steps to the Beach

Under New Ownership this unit has been completely remodeled. All new furniture, kitchen, bath updates, flooring & paint. This unit is sure to be a favorite among our repeat guests staying at Surf Court.
The master bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two doubles and an extra pull out cot in the closet. Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's.
The brand new Kitchen features Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Full Size Samsung Washer/Dryer. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV, and a pull out queen sleep sofa. You will be certain to find relaxation in this townhouse just steps to the Atlantic Ocean.
We recommend renting bikes to jump on the bike path just outside the Surf Court complex. You can walk or bike to Coligny Plaza where you can go Shopping or have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or the best Ice Cream!! Also plan to visit the newly constructed Low Country Celebration Park adjacent to the public beach parking lot just off of Pope Avenue.

Great Rental Getaway

Great location to beach, grocery store, and restaurants. The property is very nice with a well maintained pool and grounds. The beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities to make for a nice stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very nice! There are only a couple things I could recommend. The king bed was very high for a short person. A step stool would have been helpful. The washer was very deep and I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the bottom. Again, I could have used a step stool. LOL It would be nice to have a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. These are just minor. I plan on renting this place again!!!!

Excellent location!

We loved this condo and everything it offered. We would definitely stay here again. Super great location within the complex. Easy walk to the beach and coligny. We love HHI so much!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. This is the second time we stayed in Surf Court 67. I have a few issues this year with the Condo it was pretty dirty: example master bath had stains all over the walls and bed sheets were not clean either, Lot’s of sand on the floor. Kitchen had one dish towel and one paper towel not a big deal I bought 6 dish towels for the unit. It seems like everything needs to be tightened, door handles upstairs, shower glass door handle and shower handle, toilet paper dispenser downstairs bathroom is falling off. Great place just needs someone to do a walk through and fix all these little things and do a deep cleaning of the unit. Thanks
