Comfortable apartment of 42m2 for 1 to 4 people located on the ground floor of the villa on the heights of HYÈRES. You will enjoy a pleasant terrace overlooking a pleasant garden. Ideally located in a quiet residential area. This fully equipped, clean and neat rental, 1.5 km from the city center, and 5 minutes from the first beach, will satisfy you during your stay. HYÈRES has around 18 km of beach where parking is free. As an owner I would be on hand to answer all your requests so that your stay is unforgettable.

Lovely spot on top of the hill overlooking the town. We had e-bikes to get around so no problem climbing the hill.

L emplacement est super, tranquil dans un quartier résidentiel. La terrasse extra, agréable et tranquille. Les aménagements et électroménagers nécessitent une restaurations et les sanitaires également. A la fin du séjour des malentendus, dommage, ce qui fait que je note comme médiocre. Désolée

Wohnung in schöner ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und verfügte über eine gute Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung hatte eine tolle Terasse mit Ausblick in den schönen Garten und über das Tal. Wir hatten sogar täglich Besuch von einer freundlichen Schildkröte. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell die Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Pour amateurs de calme et de paysage

Très bon contact avec les propriétaires, humour et gentillesse, beau jardin en terrasses et vue magnifique sur collines et vallon surplombant le vieux Hyeres. Envisager un ventilateur pour la chambre par temps chaud. Très très bonne adresse pour se reposer.

Séjour à Hyères

Agréable séjour dans la ville balnéaire de Hyères. Très belles plages. Nous avons très bien été reçu par nos hôtes. La location est au sein d’une villa typique de la région dans un écrin de verdure magnifique, jardin en restanque, plantes grasses. Tout ce que l’on souhaite voire quand on vient dans le sud.

Appartement im Erdgeschoss, abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer, Toilette, Bad mit Waschmaschine, offene Küche, Terrasse, Garten in Hanglage. Küche und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Küche sonst mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wlan vorhanden und inklusive. Lage in einem guten Wohnviertel am Berghang. Zu Fuß in die Altstadt etwa 2,5 km teils steil bergab (und zurück bergauf). Endreinigung ist selbst zu erbringen oder kostet extra, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind selbst mitzubringen oder kosten extra.

Gîte bien aménagé, très propre, bien équipé. De plus il fait frais dans la chambre même par grosses chaleurs. Seul bémol : assez loin des commerces et de la plage : la rançon du calme . Très bon accueil des propriétaires 😊

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, au calme, dans un logement confortable et d’une propreté impeccable . La literie est excellente. La terrasse plein sud donne sur un jardin magnifique aux essences variées. Les propriétaires sont charmants et d’une grande discrétion. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, au calme avec une belle propriété. Les propriétaire très accueillants en donnant quelques conseils et idées de visite qu'il nous on beaucoup aidéet et d'une grande gentillesse. L'appartement propre, agréable, bien équipé, sans oublier sa petite terrasse très agrèable avec une belle vue sur le paysans et son jardin très bien entretenu. Un appartement à recommander sans hésitation et à garder pour une prochaine fois.

Appartement au calme

Appartement assez spacieux, la cuisine est un peu sombre. Bien situé à 5 min du centre ville en voiture. Facile de se garer devant l'appartement. Les propriétaires qui habitent au dessus sont très sympas et peu bruyant. Très bien pour deux. L'autre couchage (pour 4) est situé dans le séjour. Je recommande pour le calme.

Un jardin extraordinaire

Trois jours idylliques dans cet appartement agréable et bien agencé, entouré d'un jardin magnifique et fleuri. Nous avons profité du soleil sur la terrasse, avec la vue superbe que nous avions également le matin, en dejeûnant à l'intérieur, à cause de la fraîcheur matinale. Merci pour ce séjour aux propriétaires qui nous ont bien accueillis.
