Come and settle into this 3-room apartment featuring a spacious, bright living room opening onto a large wooden terrace, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine with a bed that can be either a double bed (160 cm) or a single bed (90 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and a bathroom with double sinks and a separate toilet.
Located 8 km from the beaches and 8 km from the golf course. A few minutes’ walk will take you to a SPAR supermarket, perfect for convenient grocery shopping.
Tourist tax is extra, according to the applicable rates.
