Charming newly renovated one bedroom upper floor duplex that offers all the amenities you need for a nice few days or few weeks. Close to Kenwood Mall, great restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, business center and parks. Easy trip to Kings Island, Reds Stadium, Western and Southern Open. Blue Ash Rec center is close by that host many activities. It is the top floor unit of a duplex. There is a flight of stairs to the upper unit. All new furniture with HD TV and great WIFI.

Cute little upstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood

Apartment was nice; AWESOME bed! No iron or ironing board (we bought one of each and left them there). TV was problematic. We couldn't get any network channels, or even local news. Only there for the weekend, so not earth shattering. My wife loved the place, and wants to stay here on our next trip.

Great space/spot!

This place was awesome for my wife and I. 10-15 mins from downtown and plenty of shopping and dining very close. If we ever came back to Cincinnati, we would stay here again. Owner was very great and accommodating. Transparent and informative. 5 stars!

Great unit!

The unit is lovely! Very nice finishes. Very clean and modern. Water, coffee, and snacks were provided as well as all linens. My only wish was for curtains. The windows have blinds, but as soon as the sun came up it was very bright. Generally speaking I love natural light, but I like to be able to sleep in while on vacation! Would definitely consider this unit in the future for stays in Cincinnati!

Perfect place in a quiet neighborhood

Loved it! Cute and cozy. The owner had snacks, and cold water ready for our arrival. The place was clean and clearly well maintained.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have more amenities and walk to coffee, restaurants, ice cream, business centers, parks, etc. Charming one bedroom duplex that is pet friendly with a nice back yard. Close to interstates to go downtown- or Kings Island.
