Clearwater Condominiums, 572 Clearwater Drive, #3B, Camdenton, MO, 65020. Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo at Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri. The condo is located on the 3rd floor but only sevens stair steps from the parking lot. Boat slips can be rented on a first come basis. New vinyl flooring. Enjoy all the comforts of home, a private, covered, screened-in deck over-looking the lake, plus 2 swimming pools, one is heated. Something for everyone because of the close location to Camdenton and Osage Beach. Bridal Cave, Ha Ha Tonka State Park with its numerous walking trails, castle ruins, wineries, two public golf courses and shopping; all within a short 10-30 minute drive. Numerous restaurants all along the shoreline but also easily reachedMust be at least 25 years old to be a renter. Sorry, but absolutely no smoking or pets. If you are interested in a boat slip please put the request in comments when you make your reservation will contact you direct about the boat slip. You can fish off the docks but no jumping in the lake off the docks. We are not allowed to have grills or bbq pits on decks thank you.

Great little Place

Have stayed in the Clearwater condos before and truly enjoy the location. Nice little place to stay while in town for softball tournament. Really enjoyed the ceiling fan and remote for master bedroom. Would stay here again!

Clearwater Condos are great

We loved staying in this quiet section of the Lake. The condo was clean, updated and beautiful. The pools were clean and located right next to the Lake water. Great place to relax and unwind.

Great place!

The condo was wonderful. It was clean and loved the balcony! It was nice being right on the lake and the view was great, especially in the morning watching the sunrise. There was plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Thank you very much for letting us enjoy it.

Worked out very well in this beautiful condo. We were close to Ballparks National for tournament, close to town and other lake areas for restaurants, and local Donut Palace bakery for best donuts ever! Being on the lake with screened in balcony was soothing. Just needed directions to pools!!

Beautiful but far

The location was nice. The patio gave to a nice view. My only complaint was it’s in Camdenton and it’s 25 minutes from where we wanted to be, Lake of the Ozarks.

This condo is exactly as shown and perfectly lovely! Things we loved the most: super clean, only a few stairs, very kind neighbors, beautiful view, and my 11-year-old wants me to also say "the recliners." The SmartTV was awesome, as well, for the rare times we weren't on the water. Thank you!

Amazing property and owner

We had an amazing time, we came out for our daughter's softball tournament. The condo was very clean and description is very accurate, the owner was very easy to get ahold of and quick to respond to any questions. I definitely recommend this condo and if we ever come back I would absolutely book again!

Great location!

We had a very enjoyable stay! All the comforts of home. I would have liked blackout curtains in the primary bedroom as i was woke up every morning with the sun. However, the view from the bedroom and the living room is spectacular! I would have also liked a little space in a kitchen cabinet to store our snacks/food. the pool closest to us had plenty of seating and was very nice! overall this was a great place to stay and we're already looking at some dates for next summer!!

Lovely unit. Very well appointed.

Minor problem: guest bedroom door sticks terribly. Big disappointment: 32 stair steps to pool. I'm partially disabled. Did not get to use pool. Need elevator on premises. Hint yo developers: Disabled & elderly like to have fun too & usually have $'s to spend.

One of accommodations this complex offers is handicapped parking and/or drop area for the pool and marina. If anyone is interested in my condo and has booked and is in need handicapped access parking , it is located between the pavilion and last building. No steps. I am sorry I did not know this renter needed that accommodation. Oops I have never closed that guest bedroom door, I will get that taken care of thank you for letting me know.
