Zermatt in the Canyons ! Epic! Cozy!

'Zermatt in the Canyons' is located at the mouth of the Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, providing super easy access to world class skiing : Snowbird, Alta and Brighton. Easy 35 minutes drive to Park City , 45 minutes to Deer Valley and 25 minutes to The Canyons Resort.
Arrive in the morning and be skiing by noon from Salt Lake International Airport --- just 19 miles and 25 minutes away. This cozy townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a beautiful private deck with a grill to enjoy the mountain air. Garage space for 1 car. Parking on driveway .
Walking distance to the grocery store. Outside of your ski day-- enjoy a multitude of food and beverage options very near by. This home is beautifully furnished and includes everything you need for your next family, friends or business retreat.
It would be greatly appreciated if no shoes are worn in the house. We would like each guest to enjoy this cozy property and keep it in the best condition possible.

Primary renter has to be over 25 years and has to occupy the house with someone under 25 during the entire duration of their stay.
Copies of government issued ID required of each guest prior to booking. Only registered guests allowed to stay at property at all times. $500 fine.
All luggage must be removed upon check out time (10am). Please close garage at all times . Very much appreciated if shoes, boots are left downstairs
