A little oasis in Princeville

We loved the ground floor unit so much. Sitting on the patio with all of the lush greenery around us was a dream. Well stocked, very clean.

Great stay in Kauai

This is great place. Looked exactly like the pictures showed. Staff was super friendly and the check in process very easy. Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors, but the place is overall pretty quiet. loved the pool, hot tub and the of course the beautiful island of Kauai and Princeville is amazing, would rent here again.

Paradise in Princeville

We loved the townhouse, gorgeous mountain views and beautiful landscaping. The townhouse was modern, furnishings were very stylish, with an island vibes. We had two minor issues. The principal room fan speed couldn't be adjusted. We were told a part is on order. We also didn't realize that we were supposed to get beach chairs. When we went to reception, they were very helpful and provided us with chairs. It can be a bit noisy, there are roosters roaming around. By adjusting the screens you can block out some of the outside sound. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely oasis.

Perfect for family or couples!

The listing description of this place was accurate. It’s been nicely updated and we felt we had just about everything for our stay, some cleaning supplies to do laundry and the dishes. We had an issue with the screen door but maintenance was able to fix it right away. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife from the patio, we had frequent visitors of a cat, chickens and nene. The only downfall of this place is the walls are thin, so if you have noise neighbors, you hear EVERYTHING. The place could use a bit of a deep clean, there were some cobwebs along the walls and the windowsills were quite dusty. A guide on how to work the tv/remote would’ve been helpful, we couldn’t get it to work. The lights in the kitchen were only half working, one would turn on and off randomly, but we made do. Keeping the windows open and fans off worked well to keep the place cool and we slept comfortably. The pool was never busy and we had it to ourselves mostly. There are also some beach chairs provided. Overall it’s a great place, just could use a thorough clean and maybe a visit from maintenance.
