Emmalani court is a small, quiet complex in Princeville, near the Princeville Resort. After visiting the 4 main islands in Hawaii, we decided on the North shore for it's lush setting and laid back vibe. There is truly no other place like it in the world. We have been coming to Princeville for 15 years and decided on Emmalani due to it's location and amenities. We are within walking distance to beaches (10-15 minutes), the Bali Hai lookout, the Princeville Resort, and a short drive to many other amazing beaches as well as the unique town of Hanalei. Unit 422 has been renovated and includes brand new deluxe furnishings as well as amenities to make you feel right at home. Emmalani court complex is one of the few heated pools in Princeville. The kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and all cooking utensils we use at our house. We have a fun closet filled with beach gear (towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkels, sand toys), games, books, and movies. We tried to outfit the condo with everything we like to use when we come on vacation so you'll feel right at home.

We had an incredible time. The home is spacious with stunning views and immediate access to coastal trails. The cookware and dining space was perfect and well equipped to prepare meals at home. Check-in was a breeze with our entry-code and welcome packet, and our host Marla was incredibly responsive, communicative and kind in advance of - and during - our stay. We’ll definitely return!

We had a great time at the condo. It is large and comfortable and so so quiet!! It is great to see all the birds on the golf course. We have stayed in this complex numerous times and we love it. It feels safe and has everything we need.

The perfect place

We absolutely loved this place. It’s so close to Hanalei Bay and the neighborhood is lovely. My kids loved the pool and the sand toys and boogie boards to take to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Paradise Found!

We had an amazing stay at this very special place! The location is perfect for walking to secluded beaches and is very quiet. The unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with lots of beach chairs and equipment. The bedding is high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts communicated promptly and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were wonderful. We are already planning a return trip!

The hosts had beach chairs, snorkeling gear, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers…everything we needed for the beach. Great location, very convenient for snorkeling at Aninni or swimming at Hanalei Bay. Quiet. It was the perfect place for us.

Loved this property, highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Tyler’s property! My husband and I were traveling to Kauai with my 11 month old son and my parents and this condo was perfect. The pack n play and baby items were so handy to have right in the condo. The condo itself was perfect, extremely clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing, exactly where we wanted to be. We would very highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Princeville!

Loved this home

The owners were very helpful with any questions. They were quick to respond. The house was the cleanest rental i have ever stayed in. We met some of the full time residents and Chris the property manager. They had true Aloha spirit. They sat and chatted or helped us know where things were in town. The property is very quiet. We went on some amazing walks starting from the condo. I would stay at this property again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo has had some updating in the kitchen particularly. It could ise a little more in the baths to be really stellar. When we arrived there were tons of flies in the condo. The first 24 hours we killed at least 25 flies. After that it wasn't a problem, perhaps because we used some cardboard to fix a window vent that was broken. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. We walked to Hideaways Beach each day and had some nice walks along the golf course too.

Perfect for our family!

I stayed at this condo with my husband and 2 kids, aged 6 and 9 for seven nights. It had everything we needed and more. The fins and snorkels and colorful beach towels were a bonus! As were the multiple coolers and beach chairs. The condo is super comfortable, it's honestly nicer in person than the pictures even show. The location is desirable as well, with walking attractions like Hideaways Beach and Queens Bath. Being close to the grocery store made the week super easy. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay in Paradise

We loved this property. The condo was in a great location in gorgeous Princeville. It was very spacious, nicely decorated, and immaculate. The beds were very comfy which is always a plus. The area was very quiet especially at night which is very important to me. Marla and Tyler were extremely responsive and attentive to any inquiry I had. They reached out every step of the way prior to the trip and during our stay to make sure everything was acceptable. I highly recommend this property and would positively stay here again if we were to travel to Kauai again. Thanks Marla and Tyler!

Location Location Location

We had a wonderful stay in this condo and were so glad we decided on Princeville as our home base. The condo had everything we needed, boogie boards for all of us, snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels but most important it was quiet and peaceful. The location on the golf course is beautiful and there are so many amazing beaches within a 10 to 30 minute drive. Our favorites were Secret Beach, Tunnels and Kealia Beach for boogie boarding. We went to Poipu area for a day but found it way too crowded. We loved having Foodland nearby (you can get a visitor pass for the discounts). Access to the pool was convenient and the beds were comfortable. Also, the town of Hanelei is not to be missed. We loved our stay and highly recommend this accommodation!

Perfect Stay

This was our first time in Kauai. Marla and Tyler are fantastic hosts. They were so quick to communicate and answer all of our questions. They also send you a very thorough check-in instructions. They had everything you needed and the beach gear was the best part. My daughter loved playing with all the sand toys. I love that the master bedroom had large black out shades and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C in the bedrooms was fantastic. The owners do provide a lot of fans to help keep the main part of the home cool (it never really got hot). This condo is right across from the pool so it was easy to just to walk right over. The owners have thought of all the little touches and we enjoyed having instructions for the everything nearby so we didn't have to figure it out how to use it (for ex the TV). The owners checked in to make sure everything was going well. I appreciate their communication and everything they have thought of.

Beautiful Views

The property was very nice. Beautiful views of the grounds and golf course exactly as their pictures show. Condo was nicely updated. Bathroom floor tiles could use an update, but overall, very nice condo. It's right across from the pool which was really nice for afternoon dips in the hot tub. Met a lot of nice people at the pool during our 10 day stay. Lots of walking paths surround the property. Just a short 5 min walk at most to the point of the golf course to watch beautiful sunsets! Also, maybe a 10 minute walk down the road to Hideaway Beach. It's a small but nicely secluded beach. Our favorite was Anini Beach (about 5 miles from condo in total). Snorkeled there and saw some different fish and quite a few sea turtles. There were beach chairs and coolers provided in the condo which came in very handy. We wished for a beach umbrella as the sun got pretty intense at times on the beaches that didn't have much in the way of shade available. There was a Food Land grocery store (about a two mile drive) and they had pretty much anything you might need food/drink-wise. We cooked breakfast and most dinners at the condo and ate lunches while we were out and about exploring. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and very friendly. We recommend this condo and would stay here again on our next visit!

We live in Alaska, so a vacation home in Hawaii is the perfect winter getaway. We try and get to the island 3-4 times per year and enjoy unwinding on the lush, laid back North Shore.

Why they chose this property

Emmalani is the perfect home base for all the places we like to visit on Kauai. There are always plenty of parking spaces available, the emaculate heated pool is never crowded, and the complex is super quiet!

What makes this property unique

Walk to the beach or the bluff for some of the best views in the world. View of Bali Hai sunset across Hanalei Bay. The trailhead to gorgeous Queen's Bath is a short 15 minute walk from the condo. The trailhead to secluded Hideways beach is a short 10 minute walk from the condo.
