The Cliffs Resort charges a $15 parking fee per vehicle per night. We have included the charge for one vehicle in our nightly rate, so you don’t have to pay it at check-in.

From the moment you enter Cliffs 6302 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Relax on the ocean front lanai or the very private lanai off the master bedroom. Watch the migrating whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round antics of roosters, Nene (Hawaiian geese), albatross, cardinals and other birds on the green belt below the condo.

This stylishly decorated 2Br/2bath condo includes updated kitchen and master bath, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray DVD players, combination CD player, AM & FM Band radio & Bluetooth capable, binoculars, entertainment center and luxury Tommy Bahama linens. Washer/dryer, Smart TV’s allow for the use of your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Free WiFi and telephone to mainland are also provided.

The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are steps from the condo. Go deep sea fishing or one of our fine fish markets and grill your catch for dinner. There are also 2 well-stocked supermarkets in Princeville, Kilauea and Hanalei.

Master bedroom with ensuite walk in shower has a lovely, very private, lanai surrounded by tropical trees inhabited by birds who serenade you each morning. There is a second bath in the living area and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. A new sofa bed in the living room provides another sleeping option. Very comfortable for 4-6 guests.

All the comforts of home with all of the amenities of a top notch resort: swimming pools, hot tubs, a practice putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and playground for the small fry. The Cliffs has one of the best activities director/concierge who can assist with any need.

You never have to leave the resort (except for food!), but there are great shops and restaurants to explore in both Princeville Center, Kilauea Market Center and Hanalei. Go a little farther to Opakapaka Grill & Bar and beaches on a north beach (Kapuhi Beach) or east toward Kealie Beach & Kapa'a. We provide everything you need for a great day at nearby Hanalei Bay, Black Pot, Annini, Kalihiwai beach or many other beaches a short drive away: sun umbrella, sand chairs, boogie boards, mats, towels, coolers and other toys. Is golf your game? The beautiful Makai course is 5 minutes away.

Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three inside ceiling fans, two outdoor fans on the lanais, floor fans, as well as trade winds, cool our hale.

Our stay was amazing. When we checked in the guy at reception said we were in the best unit, to which i said, he probably says that to everyone. He was right! Top floor, out on the end with an unobstructed view and an ocean breeze that kept the place nice and cool. Unit was just as described and owners were amazing.

This was our 2nd time staying at Charlene and Roger’s unit and we always enjoy the fabulous accommodations and spectacular views from the lanai. It’s comfortable, clean and Charlene and Roger are excellent hosts who pay attention to details to ensure your stay is top notch. We feel the north shore is the best place to stay on the island in the summer time because there are the most beautiful beaches, hikes and the town of Hanalei is lovely. We will keep coming to Kauai and book with Charlene and Roger again I am sure.

The property location is great with some beautiful ocean views and a nice breeze that’s almost constant. In addition the grounds around the area give plenty of space to feel like you’re not cramped. I walked quite extensively through Princeville and passed many other properties and was always appreciative when I returned to our location because of its view, quaintness, and proximity to some amazing snorkeling just off the cliff.We used the kitchen extensively and had just about everything that we needed.

Great stay!

Loved our stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The property is clean, gorgeous view, well stocked kitchen for those that like to cook, everything you need for a trip to the beach or pool, lots of activities on property and nearby. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect Stay on the North Shore

The unit is exactly as described. Well maintained and very clean given the challenges that the tropics/proximity to the ocean create for keeping a clean/functioning place! The owner was fantastic and communicated quickly and frequently when needed. The property is great with tons of offerings, including a lovely set of pools and hot tubs. You won’t regret staying here!

Older property in Princeville

Roger and Charlene were very attentive and helpful, so they were great. It is a great location in Princeville an the beds were comfortable. The property is definitely older an a little run down. The pool is small and when we were there the pool water was cloudy so we didn't use it. It was definitely hard not having AC, not because it was too hot at night, but because you have to leave you windows open so it stays cool and the roosters are so loud starting around 1am most nights. It was hard to get a good night sleep because of that.

Couldn’t have been better!

This was our first trip to Kauai, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We have stayed in many short term rentals and this was our favorite for so many reasons. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved hearing the waves crash below the cliff. It is centrally located in beautiful Princeville, which is close to great restaurants, Hanalei, and beautiful beaches. The grounds are amazing, with so much greenery. We used the pools and hot tubs everyday and really enjoyed them. The hale has everything we would ever need for our trip, including kitchenware, beach supplies, and even a first aid kit. We were thrilled to find a pineapple slicer as well! The bed and pillows were comfy as well as all the furniture. It also was relaxing to go out and sit on the chairs to watch the sunset, and there were picnic tables and grills available. We really enjoyed our trip, and would definitely stay here if we return to this amazing island.

Beautiful unit - Great Location

Had a great stay here in Princeville. Unit had many useful amenities which made our stay enjoyable. Our hosts (Roger & Charlene) were very friendly and provided abundant information on the unit and the island. There were (4) of us in the unit and we had plenty of space to sleep, relax, cook, etc. Thanks for a great time in Kauai!

Princeville Paradise

Excellent property in a wonderful complex. We own an apartment in Minorca so understand how worrying it can be to rent to strangers, so we are grateful you were willing to rent to us! Loved the apartment, loved the complex and loved the island. We will be back, if you'll have us.

Beautiful View From Princeville Condo

My wife and I and another couple stayed here for twelve days. The cost was reasonable and the view of the ocean was fantastic. We ate all of our breakfasts and about half of our dinners in and we had everything we needed for that. Comfortable beds, two baths, three TV’s, and strong internet made our stay in paradise wonderful. We definitely would rent this again.

Wonderful condo with amazing ocean view!

Condo was fantastic. Just as described, had everything we needed, and was a wonderful place to return to each day after exploring the island or enjoying one of the many amazing beaches nearby. The ocean view was great, we saw many whales right from the lanai! The beach chairs and coolers were great. The ocean breeze during the night was cool and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Fantastic vacation

Our family of five, two adults and three teenage/young adult kids loved our stay at Roger and Charlene’s hale. The unit was comfortable and well equipped with cooking utensils and beach supplies. We enjoyed eating and playing cards on the lanai with a spectacular ocean view. We also enjoyed climbing down the cliff to snorkel and turtle watch. The complimentary bikes to borrow were an added bonus and we rode several times to Hideaways Beach which we also loved. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautiful property. The pictures do not do it justice. The view from the condo is spectacular . The condo was clean and the grounds were immaculate. The views from all around Princeville are breathtaking Lots of lovely beaches within just a few minutes drive.

Lovely Condo

Lovely condo, with amazing views of the ocean, sunsets and sunrises. The condo is fully furnished and has equipment (boogie boards, chairs, etc.) to take to the beach, which we greatly enjoyed. Charlene and Roger are excellent at communicating, and they sent an email ahead of time with information about the condo, the resort and fun activities to consider booking ahead of time - this was very helpful!

Wonderful time in Princeville

We had a fantastic stay at The Cliffs. You can't beat the view of the ocean from the condo. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. There was a beautiful tropical bouquet on the dining table awaiting us when we got there. Roger was very responsive -- he answered my questions right away, and checked to make sure that we had what we needed. I highly recommend it if you're going to be in the Princeville area.

A perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay in Kauai, the Cliffs condo 6302, has one of the best views of the ocean and garden, was spacious enough for our family of 5. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, cool at night. The fresh flowers, chocolates and personal welcome note were well appreciated. Compliments to the housekeeper, the condo was well cleaned and organized. The activities at he Cliffs were a bonus, I can recommend the yoga class on the bluff. We can certainly recommend this condo! Keep up the good work Charlene and Roger, we could see you put a lot of love and care into your condo.

Lovely stay at the Cliffs near Hanalei

The view of the ocean was spectacular with a gorgeous lawn in front of it. We really enjoyed watching the NeNe families and even saw an albatross! The roosters started loudly crowing about 4am which was annoying, but inevitable in Kauai. The kitchen was well-stocked. We enjoyed a lovely dinner on the lanai with friends in the area. the activities Cliffs offered were really nice We especially enjoyed the music of Soulgood Family at the Art and Music Festival, and even traveled out to Opakapaka Grill and Bar to hear them again. The Mai Tai Party was fun. Parking was plentiful. The owners responded quickly when I reached out. It was a very pleasant stay for my husband, my in-laws, and me.

The key points: 1. Condo was beautiful and every picture shown was current. 2. Extremely clean. 3. View from both lanai was superb. We even saw a whale breach while haveing dinner on oceanfront lanai. 4. Condo stays very cool and has the perfect location to take advantage of the tradewinds. 5. Lovely decor. Great sheets and towels! 6. All beach and pool amenities well stocked,chairs, boogies board,noodles,coolers, beach towels and more. 7. Princeville shopping center at entry of property. 8. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Charlene and Roger are terrific and Available should you need them. 9. The cliffs overall had numerous activities and very friendly staff. Amazing views - Excellent location - Beautiful / Well maintained unit

This unit truly is an oasis. On arrival your first impression is that selecting The Cliffs was an excellent decision. Even the front desk people described unit 6302 as "one of the nicest units and the nicest owners". Charlene and Roger have done and amazing job keeping their unit updated and in good repair. The property is also very well maintained. Lots of friendly staff working on the grounds. The pool area is beautiful. A very quiet complex. It is a fantastic experience to sit on the lanai and hear the surf breaking on the rocks below. The unit comes with all the starter items you need. There was even a beautiful flower bouquet on arrival. The unit itself is spacious and very comfortable. The cross breeze and fans kept the unit cool, so no air conditioning needed! Easy access to Hanalei, numerous surf spots and other activities. Grocery store, restaurants and supplies close by in Princeville. We will definitely recommend this unit to friends. We truly enjoyed our stay in Charlene and Roger's unit and hope to return soon.

Awesome stay in Kauai

We stayed at this condo several years ago with our teenage children and this time had 2 couples stay for 2 weeks. It worked out great as each couple had their own bedroom space and bathroom. There is a grocery store close by so we cooked several nights and found the kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and pots etc. required to actually cook a meal. There is a dishwasher, microwave, cleaning supplies, some seasoning, coffee supplies and even some condiments. The resort has BBQ grills for guest use which are good quality and kept very clean. This condo has everything we needed to go to the beach; coolers, beach chairs, snorkels, beach towels and even sunscreen! There is a washer/dryer in the condo which came in handy to do a little laundry. We were there in January so it was not an big issue but there is no air conditioning, it has lots of windows and the patio doors with let the air in but it does get hot in the loft. The Cliffs is a awesome resort with beautiful grounds and pool area. There is tennis, putting green, pickle ball and shuffle board on site, a few restaurants and grocery store are within walking distance. We did a lot of walking in the area and found it to be clean, quiet (other than the roosters) and safe. The best part of the condo is the front deck (lanai) it is sheltered from the wind and rain and we loved sitting out there watching the whales and enjoying the views. We would definitely stay again!

We are recently retired after careers in Robotics, Computer, Microwave, Communications, Network & IT Engineering (Roger) and Finance (Charlene). I have been to Oahu (3 times), Big Island (twice), and Maui (numerous times). While they each are beautiful in their own way, I began to see why Kauai was my Roger's favorite. It's name as the Garden Isle is well deserved and the lush verdant landscape comes at a price--frequent rain showers. The weather is never boring!

One day, we were driving around and, on a whim, stopped at an open house. We met our real estate agent AnnMarie Hamilton that day and started to dream of owning our own place. Over the next 2 years she sent us many listings and we realized that our dream was affordable if we went the vacation rental route. In December 2013, we bid on our beautiful ocean view condo, Cliffs 6302. On New Year's Day 2014, our offer was accepted--we flew over 2 weeks later to inspect the property and the view was so amazing, we got chills!

As Bloody Mary in the musical South Pacific so aptly sings: 'You've got to have a dream, if you don't have a dream, how you gonna have a dream come true?' From inception to realization, our condo in Kauai is our 'dream come true'. We love sharing our dream slice of paradise with our guests.

Why they chose this property

Our property at the Cliffs has it all: View, amenities, privacy, and spacious living space. No one above us and concrete building construction which really limits noise.

The property is gorgeously landscaped. The pools and hot tubs are newly constructed and there are tennis courts, volleyball courts, a playground for the kiddies, putting green, shuffleboard and pickle ball. Gas grills, oceanfront gazebo, picnic tables, and hammock complete the idyllic picture.
