Apartment Lido in a period villa on Lake Orta with pool and spectacular view

Apartment Lido is a comfortable 2 bedroom flat newly renovated, located on the third and top floor of a period villa, 150 m from the lake and the beach of Lido di Gozzano (a few hundred meters from the city limits of Orta San Giulio and only 4,5 km from its historic center). The villa, surrounded by a wide secular park, is equipped with a shared pool and a private parking place in the courtyard. From the apartment you can enjoy a stunning lake view ranging from the sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso to San Giulio Island, and to the tower of Buccione.
Apartment Lido consists of entrance hall, kitchen/diner/living room with a fantastic lake view, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower box. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you can find a small mansard bedroom with a French double sofa bed and a utility room with a washer dryer. Kitchen with 4 burner hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, provided with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and kitchenware. Living room with Full HD LED TV, DVD player, HI-FI system, sofa, table and chairs. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, provided with bed linen and bedding. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower box provided with towels and hair dryer. Small mansard bedroom with French double sofa bed and wardrobe, provided with bed linen and bedding. Utility room with washer dryer. The flat is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and independent heating. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and cleaning products. Cot and highchair available for free on request.
Our guests can enjoy the shared pool and the park, and will have a private parking place in the villa's courtyard.
The pool is normally open from mid June to mid September. The exact dates depend on weather conditions, and are determined from time to time by the condo board.
However the lake and the beach of Lido di Gozzano are only 150 m away.
Please note: since being an ancient building, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties.
Pets are not allowed.

Vivienda con hermosa vista al lago

Hermosa vivienda, magníficas vistas, la casa estaba limpia y realmente muy bien equipada, desde detalles de bienvenida hasta toallas para la piscina, que también hemos disfrutado durante la estadía. Las playas del lago están a unos 200 mts a pie, así como varios caminos para hacer senderismo. Al resto de los puntos que se pueden visitar se puede acceder en coche. El recibimiento por parte de Andrea y su familia fue impecable, todos muy amables.

Fantastisk beliggenhed

Den lille lejlighed er optimalt indrettet, og har den mest fantastiske udsigt ud over Orta søen og de omkringliggende bjerge. Der er alle nødvendigheder, og et fint udstyret køkken, der dog er småt. Huset ligger i en parklignende have, med store træer og hyggekroge. Den tilhørende pool var altid ren og velholdt.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer alten Villa mit traumhaften Blick auf den See. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet Eastman braucht. Der Besitzer sein Bruder und die Mutter sind sehr nett und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie es nur geht zu machen. Sie haben auch interessante Tipps gegeben was man sich alles anschauen kann.

Beautiful time

We had beautiful time in the Appartement Lido.Only the noise from the street was in the beginning hard, but with the time we didnt realise it. A beautiful few over the lake from the Appartement and so close to the beach ,lake. It is a good place to Visite Orta,Omnega and Madonna del sasso. It was to warm for makeing hikeing but there are nice Andrea, Matteo and Gian-Carla was very nice and show us what we can see around and was very kind . The Appartement have everything what you need for Holidays.Very good are the washing Maschine with dryer so you dont need to much clothes to take with you. The Swimming pool is very clean and a nice swimm to cool down. We looking Forward to spend another time in this nice place. Thanks very much...

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréables dans cet appartement si confortable, où rien ne manque : les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, très attentifs à tous les besoins possibles de leurs hôtes, ils pensent à tout, jusqu'aux parapluies lorsque le temps change ! La maison d'époque et le jardin sont très beaux, l'endroit est idéalement placé, et la vue sur le lac est superbe ! Merci encore à Andrea, Mattia, et Gian-Carla !

Un séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables dans votre région et avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement spacieux et confortable mis à notre disposition. Très bien équipé, cet appartement situé dans une maison historique jouit d'une vue enchanteresse sur le lac d'Orta et l'isola San Giulio. Le panorama unique qui s'offre à nos yeux vaut à lui seul le détour ! Le jardin et les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés, avec notamment une piscine cependant fermée en cette période de l'année, dommage pour nous. Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve cette location et remercions le propriétaire, son frère et sa maman pour l'accueil amical et chaleureux qu'ils nous ont réservé. Le Prosecco et le Limoncello étaient excellents ! Merci pour tout, avec nos félicitations pour le bel aménagement de cet appartement.

Séjour au Lido de Gozzano

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement très propre et très bien entretenu (neuf) situé au Lido de Gozzano. La description est conforme à la réalité. La vue sur le lac d'Orta est extraordinaire ! Que dire des propriétaires qui possèdent véritablement l'art de l'accueil ! En dehors des nombreuses visites touristiques (Orta, Île Saint Jules, village de Ronca, Sanctuaire Madonna del Sasso, Sacro Monte Orta, Musée des instruments de Quarna...), ne manquez pas le marché de Borgomanero, la Gellateria de Pella et le boucher de Quarna ! Les marcheurs apprécieront aussi cette région riche en sentiers de randonnée. Très bonne adresse ! Éric
