Family owned condo and we hope you pick our condo to stay at. We love it and know you will too! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! You will see the area birds and dolphins playing in the waves! Beach front condo with pool and a short walk over to the beach! 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath 7th floor gorgeous condo. Beach chairs and umbrella's set up daily included March-October!

This deluxe condo can sleep 4, one queen in the bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room ...new sleeper sofa with upgraded pad in 2023. The drapes are darkening drapes for those who want to sleep late or take an afternoon nap. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room has full wall view of the ocean. Smart TV in living room and in the bedroom. One full bath in the bedroom and a half bath in the hall. Washer and dryer in the condo. Secured free wi-fi included too! Pensacola Beach free trolley pick up is at the condo during the summer months, Memorial to Labor Day! Printer, copier available in condo too!

Enjoy a meal at home on your balcony or dine at one of the many beach restaurants. Great charter fishing and golf close by.

Should you need another condo to rent at the same time we have another condo at Regency Towers for rent. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath on the 4th floor in the same building. VRBO number is 1577298.

Amazing Condo with Great Views

A truly wonderful place to relax and recharge. Super clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything you might need. Easy check-in process, excellent communication with host, and an ideal location. AMAZING views, large balcony, easy parking, and quick elevators. I couldn't ask for more. We'll definitely stay again.

Lovely and Relaxing

It was our first trip to Pensacola Beach, and it was so nice to stay in a clean and relaxing condo. Check in was efficient, the condo was lovely, and the view can't be beat! We appreciated being able to relax and enjoy a beautiful beach. We had a great trip!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so convenient having the pool and beach so close. The view from the balcony is breathtaking! As we walked down the boardwalk to the beach we watched dolphins playing just off the shoreline! Love the area and can’t wait to visit again!

AMAZING

My family and I absolutely loved this condo. The condo was the perfect size for myself my husband and our 2 children (6 & 9). This condo was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need to cook a full meal and conveniently located close to lots of amazing restaurants for the days that we wanted to eat out. Donna was amazing to work with and kept us informed on anything that we may need to know before and during our stay. My family can't wait to stay here again! The Elliott Family

A Beautiful Condo on the Beach

This is a wonderful one bedroom condo, right on the beach. I chose it over other ones in the complex for two reasons: It has an updated walk-in shower AND has a separate powder room which made it much easier for my husband and me to get ready at the same time. Owner Donna could NOT have been more helpful and accommodating. Do not hesitate to rent this unit. You will not be disappointed. My happy place was on the balcony with my book and a glass of wine, overlooking the gorgeous water from the 7th floor.

Navy Graduation

Our unit was nice. A couple of hiccups with the thermostat and tv, but nothing earth shattering. The WiFi was marginal. My problem was with the public areas. The elevator trapped my husband and daughter on our floor. They had to go all the way back down to 1 to get out. Emergency button was not working. We avoided that elevator for the rest of our stay. While there was always someone cleaning the lobby, the halls/doors/public areas need paint and attention. Overall a decent property but definitely not 5 stars.

We had the best time staying here! The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous and it was just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Having the chairs and umbrella included made our beach days so easy and relaxing. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond before, during and after our trip. We had such a great time and will definitely be back!

The condo is directly on the beach. Comes with beach chairs and umbrella. Easy access to the beach…never had to wait long for an elevator. Amazing view. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed. I have nothing negative to say. We had a great stay.

Beachfront Bliss

We had an amazing week at this beachfront condo. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The view was incredible — we loved just sitting and watching the ocean.Most days, we didn’t even leave the property. It was so easy to relax. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for lazy mornings by the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We’d definitely come back!
