WELCOME TO MAZATLAN! You are going to love your vacation here. I am an on site owner offering a safe, quiet, carefully sanitized, ground floor private entrance studio/apartment 5 blocks from the beach, in the Golden Zone's residential area, Las Gaviotas. You won't need a car; a short walk to restaurants, gym, beach, bars, pharmacy, public transportation, shops, etc. Steps from your door is corner market and OXXO, a Spa and excellent Nail Salon. Garage space available for a bike or motorcycle. Street parking is safe.
I live upstairs with my indoor kitty girl. I speak English, Spanish and some cat. She is available for visiting by request only. 😺😸 This is a pet friendly home with an enclosed back patio. One block to a lovely park for daily walk.

I had an enjoyable stay. It was very clean and quiet. The short walk to the beach was interesting, because of all the little stores. The Host was very welcomed and friendly. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Best location and host in Mazatlan

The terrific location of this nice place puts you within steps of the Golden Zone and its beaches, restaurants and shops. Quick and easy buses and ride shares get you anywhere in the City. The host was magnificent - always helpful and informative, easy to get along with, and a great resource for any length of stay. Super Host!
