About this property

Family house on the shore of Lake Hourtin

The house includes a large living room opening onto a covered terrace and with open kitchen and mezzanine reading corner. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, 12-place dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine (plan your capsules!), a toaster and all the necessary equipment (dishes, saucepan, dishes ...)
The sleeping area is made up of 5 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140X200) and shower-sink area, 1 bedroom with double bed (140X200), another bedroom with 2 single beds (90X190) and a last bedroom with 2 bunk beds ( 90X190). The adult bedding is new, that of the children is in very good condition. All bedrooms are fitted with cupboards. The bathroom has a double sink, a walk-in shower and WC, and separate WCs are accessible at the end of the corridor.
The tree-shaded garden will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place and a barbecue is at your disposal.

Belles vacances en familles avec 5 jeunes enfants. Les plus de cet hebergement - super communication et accueil des proprietaires- equipment parfait de la maison : linge de maison inclus, cuisine, fond de maison velos, cuisine, planches body board, Jeux de societe - grand espace jardin autour de la maison et la mezzazine pour les enfants- amenagement parfait pour plusieurs familles ( 3 salles de bain, chambres de plein pied, separation coin chambres)En terme de points negatifs- l absence de reseau et WiFi qui rend les communications ou le quotidien difficiles - l absence de vie touristique à Hourtin comme nous aimons à Lacanau ou Soulac sur Mer

Vacances avec enfants entre amis

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée. À notre arrivée, un petit moment de stress avec un souci de double réservation sur la même semaine, mais heureusement, nous étions les premiers arrivés et avions pris soin de bien communiquer avec les propriétaires en amont. Après cet incident, tout s'est déroulé à merveille ! Les propriétaires nous ont gentiment prêté des vélos, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région. Un séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble !

Ete en famille au top

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines de vacances en famille. La maison est vraiment bien organisée côté couchages pour des retrouvailles en famille. Les chambres avec douche sont tres pratiques, grandes et fonctionnelles. Le dortoir enfants etait un vrai "plus" pour les cousins. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des grands plats pour famille nombreuse. La table extérieure et la terrasse sont très agreables pour les repas. Le coin enfant a l'étage a peu servi car nous avons eu beau. La maison a un emplacement ideal pour se rendre à la plage de kite à pied. En 15min de velo on se rend aisément (et par une route sans voiture) au port d'Hourtin. Un vrai luxe de ne pas utiliser la voiture. Le seul point négatif fut l'absence de réseau et de wifi quand on doit travailler à distance...

Nous avons loué la maison de Virginie et François pour 3 semaines de vacances/retrouvailles familiales intergénérationnelles. Super pratique et confortable avec ses 3 douches. Grand espace extérieur ombragé. Quartier très calme et commerces à quelques coups de pédales! Lac et océan très facile d’accès. En tout point conforme à la description!

Super séjour en famille

La maison est très bien située dans une impasse calme tout près du Lac, à environ 10 mn du village en vélo ou en voiture et à 20- 25 mn de Hourtin Plage. Elle est bien équipée en vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, poêles, casseroles, etc. pour les repas en famille que l'on peut prendre à l'intérieur ou dehors. Les chambres sont très confortables et le terrain permet des jeux pour petits et grands et le prêt de vélos a été particulièrement apprécié. Accueil vraiment sympathique.

Wunderschönes Haus mit außergewöhnlich freundlichen Vermietern!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht und können alles nur empfehlen. Angefangen bei den tollen und außergewöhnlich netten Vermietern über die Aufteilung und Einrichtung des Hauses sowie der ruhigen Lage. Dies war mit großer Sicherheit nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Schmuckstück!

Belle maison, bien agencée, propre, très lumineuse et très agréable à vivre. Très bien située aussi : à 5 minutes à pied d'une petite plage (envahie de kite surfeurs en cas de vent) et à 10 minutes en vélo de la grande plage ou du centre d'Hourtin (piste cyclable tout le long). Vraiment un très agréable séjour !
