In a courtyard, recently renovated independent studio comprising equipped kitchen, bedroom with a trundle double bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, television, terrace with table chairs and deckchair.
Close to old St Gilles, beach, port, train station, restaurants, shops, markets, supermarket, casino, everything is on foot.
On arrival the bed is made, the bathroom linen placed in the bathroom.
For 2 people only, no pets and no smoking. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures no later than 11 a.m.
This residence is not our main residence.

La location est impeccable avec tout le nécessaire dedans ! La localisation est super, proche de commerces, accessible à la plage à pieds, avec beaucoup de pistes cyclables. Attention dans l’annonce, il n’est pas spécifié que la cour partagée est partagée avec les propriétaires de la location, avec un vis-à-vis assez important. Autre point, il n’y a aucun réseau internet. Ce n’est pas la faute des propriétaires mais de la ville car dans la quasi totalité de la ville, nous avons eu du mal à capter et donc charger des itinéraires pour visiter etc… Malgré cela, nous recommandons ce logement pour de courtes vacances en amoureux ! C’est top. Encore merci aux hôtes !

Tout était parfait autant sur l'accueil que le logis. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre arrivée. Tout était prêt. Les hôtes ont été très prévenants et nous avons passé un très bon séjour. De plus, la location est à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville, ce qui est un avantage non négligeable.
