Located in Whyalla Norrie, my 3 bedroom home is within 5 mins drive to the Westlands Shopping Centre, Simec Steelworks, Uni SA Campus, Whyalla Hospital, Whyalla Lesuire Centre, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The Whyalla foreshore, marina & beach is an 8 min drive.

Our home has WIFI, Washing Machine, a fully fenced yard and off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Pets are are allowed upon request.

Cozy home in quiet street

We had a lovely stay! We arrived late but it was no worries with checking in, the house was clean and tidy and furniture was clean and comfy. Beds were cozy and clean, and the rooms were all warm. Property was very well priced for our experience. Overall we had a lovely couple of days and it was the perfect place to come back to after big days.

Was ok if you just need a place to sleep. Front and back yard covered in three corner jacks so shoes get covered. Was mostly clean. Key box old/broken.

Found it nice and roomy. Owner fixed WIFI problem. Thank you again. Need top sheets for beds. Oven we could not get it to work. Washing machine great with powder. Kitchen cupboards well appointed. Thank you.

Where to start... From the moment we arrived I regretted booking this place. We booked this place as a last resort. We couldn't find anywhere else so I had low expectations. I definitely should have listened to the reviews warning me though. I actually went about trying to find any other accommodation once we arrived! But everywhere was booked out. I would rather sleep the 4 of us in the car then shell out even a dollar to stay here again! Firstly, I had to contact and ask at least 4 times before being given instructions for check in, which I finally got via text 30mins before our arrival time! (obviously not off to a great start). The place was at least mostly clean and it is situated in a quiet street. That's all I can say that is positive about the place. The whole yard is full of 3 corner jacks which also means they get brought into the house. It's a shame the yard isn't usable at all. I specifically try to book houses so that my kids can play. The front yard is just dirt and rocks. The bedding is full of pilling. Laying down and felt all these bumps. One bed is so old that even the slightest movement on it made creaking noises. There is also an incredibly unsafe fan that I attempted to use, to have it fall apart on me. The microwave gave off a horrible smell when I tried to use it. The bathroom taps ran brown water. Mold in the bathroom. This place is disgusting.

Double booked drama

As we were traveling to this property, we received a message from the owner to say that it had been double booked and we could not stay. I'm not sure whether the error was on the part of the owner or on Stayz, but it put us in a very difficult position. It's not easy to find accommodation for a family of 6 two hours before you are arriving. A very disappointing and stressful experience.
