Large T2 down villa with pool,
Can accommodate up to 4 people, housing equipped with any convenience (internet, TV)
Located in the center of Martinique not far from tourist center such as Clément habitation
Housing located at the gates of the village of Saint Esprit not far from all amenities you are close to the first beaches such as Vauclin les 3 îlets.
For fans of kite surfing or windsurf you will be not far from the nautical base of vauclin well known for these trade winds.
I remain at your disposal for further information and look forward to hearing from you.
To avoid that the deposit is charged to you at the time of booking, I will ask you a deposit check on your arrival which will be returned to you at the end of your stay

Une semaine de télétravail dans un cadre très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Accès rapide depuis l’aéroport. Le logement est très confortable et la piscine est un vrai plus ! Très bonne connexion internet ce qui est vraiment un plus quand on est en télétravail comme c’était mon cas durant ce séjour. Juste un petit détail peut être prévoir de quoi faire un petit déjeuner pour le 1er jour quand on arrive tard et qu’on n’a pas le temps d’aller faire des courses à l’arrivée (ce qui n’a pas été mon cas mais pourrait l’être pour d’autres). Clément est aussi un hôte très agréable et disponible si besoin.

Logement pas fini. Odeurs dégoût sur la terrasse et salle de bain. Lavabo bouché. Robinet pas fixé. Chambre matelas déchirer et sans housse de protection oreilles avec des grandes oreolles. Cuisine très moyenne manque d'équipements 1 saladier pour 4. Clic clac pourri obligé de traverser la chambre pour aller à la salle de bain et WC. Canapé et fauteuils sur la terrasse odieux de grasse. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli et on ne l'a pas revu alors qu'il habite au dessus.

Bien étonné de vos commentaires, vous louez pour deux et vous venez et payer pour 4 mon annonce c un logement pour base de 2 et non 4 peut être ai je été trop gentil Vous ne m’avez pas vu, déjà désolé de travailler et vous venez en vacances ce n’est pas pour passer vos vacances avec moi je pense Et je reste surpris de ce que vous dites car si vous aviez un problème je vous ai dit de suite de ne pas hésitez de me le dire. Finalement au vu de vos commentaires je penses que le fond du problème est que je n’ai pas voulu accepté votre annulation de dernière minute Enfin c pas grave je ferai en sorte de me servir de vos commentaires pour avancer Bonne continuation à vous

Serénité et Optimisation

Ce séjour restera inoubliable surtout en période de covid19, tout a été absolument parfait ! Pour ceux qui connaissent la Martinique, notez bien les points positifs. proximité des grands axes routier pour rejoindre le sud et la presqu'ile de la caravelle au nord est. Internet toutes comodités, lave linge, séchoir patio véranda sans voisin avec vue époustouflante chaque matin. La piscine possède trois marches pour bien faire attention avec les enfants ( 1 et 3 ans ne sachant pas nager ). Le lit, la moustiquaire et la clim' nous ont permis de faire de belles nuits réparatrices ! TV, cuisine, salle de bain, douche italienne tout était absolument parfait, place de parking, espace, accès, tout tout tout ! Pour avoir vécu chez l'habitant, je peux vous dire que l'on dépasse les attentes de n'importe quel métropolitain exigeant ! un rêve éveillé, :) de retour en France, en pleine forme pour attaquer n'importe quel confinement !

Un séjour au top à Saint Esprit

Super accueil de Clément, n'hésitez pas. Sa maison est très bien située pour pouvoir rayonner sur tout le sud ainsi que le nord de la Martinique. Le canapé clic clac était bien pour un adulte, en revanche il pourrait être juste pour un couple. La grande terrasse et la piscine permettent d'avoir des journées tranquille à la maison si on le souhaite. Un séjour au top !

Idéal pour une famille avec enfants. La piscine est très appréciable après une journée bien remplie. Accueil très chaleureux de Clément et du voisinage. Je recommande ce logement.
