Best service possible!

The guy at the main desk (I wish I knew his name) was the most accommodating, helpful, kind person to deal with. He made our stay most enjoyable. The location was within walking distance (6 blocks) to the main plaza and many other Santa Fe sites. Our condo was very comfortable.

Convenient Santa Fe location

Property was described accurately. Everything we needed for a comfortable few days in Santa Fe. A couple things guests should be aware of: 1. the heater is REALLY loud when it kicks in; and 2. the unit came with a word burning fireplace, but we had to pay an additional $25 for wood that lasted less than two nights.

Bait and switch

We were expecting a porch with some kind of view(the pictures led us to believe that); we got a view of the parking lot. Our apartment was right next to the office. Not exactly scenic. I will say that the apartment was clean. But, things need replacing, like the couch pillows…very dirty looking and feeling, same with the bed spread. The shower curtain and shower floor mat should be changed. The dishes are a a hodgepodge, with chips and dull knives that we could not use to cut apples. Also, the dishwasher sits at an angle, which makes it very difficult to load it - the rack keeps rolling into the machine before you can put in anything. So, I would not recommend it, especially not knowing what you’re getting.

The location was great and staff very friendly. The air vents had black dust all over them as well as the top of the lamp shades. Walls needed cleaning. the bed was clean, but the black dust and dirt in other areas made me question if the carpet and or the bedding was actually clean.

Check in was was great. Had trouble contacting the host to get info on check in. Called, texted and emailed no response. Couldn’t leave message because box was full. She finally answered the phone when we were 15 minutes from Santa Fe. It all worked out but we were a little nervous on what to do to check in.

My experience renting the property was fine. The issue I had was the pictures on the Vrbo site were misleading. There is no balcony nor does the front of the unit look resemble what is shown on the Vrbo site. I was deceived because the balcony was the draw.

Comfy and convenient 1BR condo in Santa Fe

We really enjoyed our weekend stay in this 1BR Santa Fe Condo. It was clean, well-equipped, comfy and cozy. The living room was spacious and we enjoyed the big screen TV for the football playoffs. It was great to have off-street parking and laundry available. Plus a pool and hot tub! We hope to stay here again when we come back through in March.

Perfect location in a great city

What a great, comfortable home to retreat to after days filled with fun adventures. It was clean, well cared for and people were friendly. Decorated nicely and felt like a home. Walking distance to beautiful trails and sunset views as well as downtown. Perfect location.
