Our host was fantastic. Always there with any little question we had.. and the unit was fantastic great view and everything we expected. The only downside was a lot of maintenance going on so it was noisy 80% of the time I guess going forward we will ask that question as we did not this time.

Excellent location and beautiful bayfront condo

The condo was clean, roomy, pleasantly decorated with a fantastic waterfront view. The 8th floor is just right to enjoy the view, the balcony, lots of privacy and virtually no noise. The location is also quiet and removed from the city and commercial areas, so depending on how much you like walking or taking a taxi to shop and eat, it i 2.1 miles to the grocery store, 1.6 miles to a few very decent restaurants and the restaurants in the condo complex are good enough for the days you don't want to go anywhere else. The beach is beautiful, and pool is not crowded and HUGE with lots of shallow areas for kids and great lap swimming (or just one long lap looks like 75-100 yards).

Lily was fantastic! Super responsive prior to arrival and while we were there. The condo is lovely and the view is amazing. We loved it and it was difficult to leave. She has everything you need within the condo. You can make meals if you feel like it, she has pans, cooking utensils and some condiments. The second bedroom has no windows and is small but would be perfect for kids. We liked how close we were to Bucerias and went there twice during our visit for dinner. The pool and beach area is great. Very clean and the beach is great for walking (especially at low tide). Be prepared to be at the pool before 7 AM to save chairs. It was mostly older people at the property and they grabbed chairs EARLY. We had issues with the TV’s and Lily was right on top of it. She bought new TV’s for the living room and bedroom while we were there. We are booking again next year!

Lilian is an amazing host! Great communication before and all during our stay. The condo was fantastic! Fabulous views of the pool and ocean, wonderful deck for hanging out, all the comforts! We will definitely return!
