Very nice apartment type studio cabin with balcony facing south Lioran, at the foot of the slopes, beautiful views of the mountains and the forest, ideally located in the heart of the Cantal massif, the largest volcanic massif in Europe.
For 4 people: living room with balcony, a sofa BZ 2 places, kitchen, shower room with towel rail, toilet, alcove with 2 bunk beds, local ski.
Facing the ski slopes of Puy de Masseboeuf and the toboggan run for children and secure Font d'Alagnon; BIKE PARK's summer, downhill ATV stadium. At 100m, you will find shops, restaurants, ski hire, ski pass and ski lift, free shuttle buses that go around the resort
The center of the resort is at 800 m, you will find many restaurants, shops, and other departures of tracks and lifts.
Mountain activities (skiing, hiking, snowshoeing ...) and nature (mountain biking, fishing, tree climbing, horse riding ...)
Departure of many hikes.
Personalized welcome with key delivery on site, and presence of a person on the station if needed
A deposit check of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure.

Points positifs : - Environnement superbe bien situé sur la la station du Lioran - Bon accÚs Points négatifs : - Propreté globale de l'appartement mediocre - Literie mauvaise et hors d'usage - Infiltration d'eau dans l'appartement - Rambarde du balcon est endommagé donc dangereuse L'appartement est médiocre et on sent un laisser allée dans l'entretien.

appartement insalubre

l'emplacement de l'appt et bien situĂ© face au montagne, mais les photos sur le site montre pas le mĂȘme Ă©tat que sur place. Tout est a refaire. Salle de bain totalement dĂ©labrĂ©e. Cuisine trĂšs sale et lit cassĂ© et moisi. Franchement je ne conseille pas du tout.

Appartement bien exposé, au calme, bien agencé et joliment décoré. Résidence qui ne paie pas de mine à l'extérieur mais pourtant bien insorisée. Proche du centre de Font d'Alagnon. Parking à proximité immédiate. Propre, vaisselle pratique et en nombre largement suffisant, et trÚs bien rangée dans les placards aérés. Les couvertures et rideaux étaient propres également. Literie ok. Propriétaire trÚs sympa et arrangeante. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Séjour agréableavec vue imprenable dans une région magnifique

PiÚce principale propre et agréable, la salle de douche et l'entrée mériteraient un rafraichissement, l'entrée dans la douche est étroite, le balcon est confortable pour 2 personnes mais impossible d'y manger à 4. Une bouilloire et un grille pain seraient les bienvenus. Aucune insonorisation dans la résidence. Hormis le télésiÚge et un bar, rien d'ouvert à proximité, il faut prendre son véhicule pour aller aux commerces et aux restaurants de la station un peu plus haut. Départs pour randonnées sur place.

Cohérent avec ce que je souhaitais

Le rapport qualitĂ© prix est tout Ă  fait correcte. Nous Ă©tions 2 dans une pĂ©riode hors vacances cela nous a donc bien convenu.. A quatre ça doit ĂȘtre un peu compliquĂ© mais ça n'Ă©tait pas notre prĂ©occupation.
