About this property

T3 spacious with garden near the beaches, the Pyrenees and Spain

Very close to the sea and at the foot of the Pyrenees, the house is located in an authentic Catalan village of Albères.
You will be 5 minutes from the beaches of Argeles, the Heureuse Valley and its streams, 10 minutes from Collioure and the rocky coast with its coves, 15 minutes from the peak Néoulos and 20 minutes from Spain.

The district, pavilion, is calm and in immediate proximity of the services and trade (supermarket with 200m)
The location is ideal to discover the Catalan country and enjoy the sea, the beauty of the landscapes, the mountains and hikes and incursions in Spain. The beaches are accessible by bike.

The house includes the accommodation offered for rent, on the 1st floor as well as a small housing on the ground floor that I occupy very occasionally. A garden, in front of the house, is reserved for your exclusive use in the ground floor (about 20 m² with a barbecue and a garden furniture). A small parking is available, just in front of the house

The village is served by public transport, the train station is in Argeles sur Mer (4 kms)
 And the airport is in Rivesaltes.

L’appartement très bien situé est vraiment équipé au top et très spacieux. Tout est pensé pour que nous n’ayons à penser à rien car tout est présent, des serviettes au coton tiges en passant par les couches pour enfant. Également sur place de quoi occuper les enfants, des jouets et aussi des jeux de sociétés pour le plaisir des plus grands également. La propriétaire est vraiment très gentil et très disponible en cas de question. En résumé une adresse à recommander à laquelle je retournerai les yeux fermé. Encore merci pour tout à Evelyne.

Nous avons séjourné près de trois semaines chez Evelyne qui est une hôte très réactive et à l'écoute. La maison est très confortable. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin pour passer de bonnes vacances : bonne literie, climatisation dabs les chambres, terrasse et jardin aménagés, plancha, nécessaire de cuisine... Nous recommandons chaleureusement la maison d'Evelyne et la remercions encore pour son accueil et son hospitalité.

Très jolie location avec vue sur les Pyrénées à quelques kms de l'agitation d'Argeles. Emplacement idéal pour sillonner les alentours (Espagne, plages, montagne...) Appartement très bien équipé (manque juste une manique pour le four mais peut être que je ne l'ai pas trouvée !) Literie confortable et terrasse agréable. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire.

Très bel accueil. Logement très propre et fonctionnel, dans un quartier très calme, à qq kms des plages. Hôte très attentionnée et de très bon conseil pour découvrir la région. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Accueil très chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux, clair, très bien agencé et aménagé. Très calme également; on s'y repose bien. Un supermarché se trouve à 3 mn à pied; le centre du village est à moins de 10 mn (toujours à pied). Saint André est très bien situé, à mi-distance entre mer et montagne. Excellent séjour. Propriétaire sympathique et à l'écoute. Logement vraiment lumineux et spacieux avec vue magnifique sur le Canigou. Parfaitement équipé, bonne literie, douce et confortable avec linge de maison fourni. À 10 minutes des plages et bien desservi par les transports en communs. Premier petit-déjeuner offert avec une délicieuse confiture à l'orange confectionnée par la propriétaire.
