    Aangenaam verblijf op toplocatie

    Dit charmante vakantiehuis is goed uitgerust. We hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Je kan de auto vlak voor het huis parkeren, dus dat is wel fijn. Hélène is een zeer sympathieke gastvrouw en heeft ons zeer goed geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Ze wist ook veel tips te geven over bezienswaardigheden in de buurt. Chablis is een leuk dorp met een markt op zondag. Echt de moeite waard ! Verder is Auxerre een aanrader en Noyers-sur-Serein. Als je een beetje verder rijdt (50km) kan je Vézelay bezoeken met zijn mooie basiliek. Het dorp is niet heel groot, maar wel charmant. De kastelen van Tanlay en Ancy-le-Franc zijn zeer de moeite waard !

    Ausgangspunkt für Chablis

    Das Objekt präsentierte sich in einem sehr sauberen Zustand. Helene unterwies uns kurz aber ausreichend in das Objekt. Allerdings gelang die Unterweisung nur mit einem Translater, obwohl in der Beschreibung die Sprachen Französisch und Englisch angegeben waren. Was wir als sehr großen Mangel empfunden haben, ist die Tatsache, dass das Haus bei Buchung mit einer Klimaanlage ausgewiesen war. Dies war ein wesentlicher Grund für unsere Buchung. Erst im Juni 2022 wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es eine Klimaanlage nicht gäbe. Leider war zu diesem Zeitpunkt ein gleichwertiges Objekt nicht mehr mietbar. Jedenfalls ist an warmen Tagen, da gibt es jede Menge, der Anbau nicht nutzbar. Der Ausweis, dass es sich bei diesem Objekt um ein Haus für acht Personen handeln würde, halten wir für überzogen. Zwar gibt es acht Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten, aber im Sanitärbereich würde es kompliziert werden. Für sechs Personen halten wir dieses Ferienhaus für möglich. Es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten im Außenbereich. Allerdings sind sie am Tage kaum nutzbar, da es keine geeigneten Sonnenschutzmöglichkeiten gibt. Der Sonnenschirm ist nicht einstellbar. Dennoch haben wir die Woche gut in diesem Haus verbracht und für Ausflüge in verschiedene Richtungen genutzt.

    Une maison excellente pour une sortie dans le calme entouré de vignerons. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien aménagée, un endroit à saisir sans hésitation.

    Lovely home, very well equipped.

    The owner Helene was lovely and she has made an amazing effort in fitting out this property. There were 6 of us + a dog! Everything you could want Helene has made sure is available. Perhaps the only thing was that it was extremely hot and the air conditioning was not working - a minor point. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days in Chablis.

    Nous avons beaucoup aimé votre gite ! Bel espace , bien agencé, décoré avec gout ....Calme et tranquille ! Nous avons passé de forts bons moments enveloppés par la douce chaleur du poèle, vu le temps à l'extérieur !! Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriètaire, très aimable. Un bel endroit pour se détendre et se reposer, sans oublier ou il se trouve, c'est à dire dans le Chablisien , connu pour ses bons vins et son patrimoine!! F.RABIER

    maison spacieuse et tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos

    nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette maison situé dans une région riche en patrimoine et ou la nature reste encore préservée Belle maison mais hameau un peu "tristounet"(mais bon c'est le mois de novembre)! et il y a surement de bonnes balades à faire aux alentours.... Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire,maison décorée avec bon gout et modernité Nous avons seulement regretté qu'il n'y ai qu'une seule salle de bains car si celle ci est très grande et belle ,tout y est regroupé:douche,wc,baignoire ce qui est peu pratique quand on y séjourne comme nous à 6 adultes et 1 enfant Nous avons bien apprécié le poele à bois qui renforce l'atmosphère chaleureuse de cette belle maison Le salon de jardin sans vis a vis doit etre bien appréciable à la belle saison
