Nous avons loué la maison pour 11 nuits. la maison est très propre. très cosy on y était tellement bien ... elle n'est pas loin de la route de la traversée pour pouvoir explorer tout basse terre et c'est juste génial. il n'y a rien de négatif. merci beaucoup à isabelle pour sa gentille et sa disponibilité. elle vaut vraiment un 10/10. nous avons après les 11 nuits dans cette maison loué une maison sur une autre partie de la guadeloupe pourtant noté 10/10 et là c'était une véritable déception. foncez les yeux fermés. si nous devons retourner sur la guadeloupe ça sera cette maison. encore merci

Super Haus in ruhiger Lage. Alles wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin Isabell hat uns, da wir sehr spät erst angekommen sind sogar eine Quiche und Flan gemacht. Das Haus können wir jedem empfehlen.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié la villa, la piscine, la magnifique végétation luxuriante. Tout était conforme à la description de l’annonce, pas de mauvaise surprise, tout est bien pensé, fonctionnel. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances chez Isabelle et Sylvain Ils ont su se rendre disponible et réactifs lors des petits aléas rencontrés, ils nous ont également proposé un départ tardif, ce qui était appréciable au vu de notre vol. Le logement.est bien situé sur l'archipel, nous mettant à environ 1h de route de chaque coin de l'île. Il répond parfaitement au descriptif de l'annonce, et c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Nous étions 6 dans cette magnifique villa, Isabelle est formidable, nous avons eu un peu de mal à trouver la villa mais le descriptif et le chemin à suivre sont explicites, il serait bon de venir chercher les locataires au bout du chemin de Justin. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter, c’est parfait, paradisiaque et reposant.

Lovely tranquil villa

The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others.

Modern Gem

This 3/3 and a half single family pool home was located inside a secured gated community of 3 homes that can be rented individually or as a group. The homes are all set-up the same and offer modern conveniences such as WiFi, individual A/C in each bedroom and a back up water cistern to city water (was needed that week so that was a huge plus!). The living area is very open to the outside, breezy but no A/C, a ceiling fan only. The furnishings are modern and new. The kitchen is equiped for a French chef! The beds are excellent and the bedding is very nice. The hosts were great throughout our stay and easy to communicate with. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. Centrally located and perfect to explore the Basse-Terre side of the island! I highly recommend it!

Séjour parfait dans une demeure parfaite

Nous étions 3 couples d'amis a partager la villa Ciel de Kaz. Nous avons tous été enchanté par les prestations offertes par la villa. La description de la villa correspond exactement a ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Le confort de la literie a convenu à tout le monde tout comme le confort général offert par la villa. La qualité des équipements mis a disposition est irréprochable. La piscine permet de nous rafraîchir après nos longues journées de visite. L'emplacement sur Basse Terre sur les hauteurs de Petit Bourg offre une tranquillité parfaite pour déconnecter totalement de notre quotidien ainsi qu'une position centrale pour découvrir cette île magnifique qu'est la Guadeloupe. Le quartier résidentiel où se trouve la villa offre une bonne sérénité et une tranquillité simplement troublé par les chants des grenouilles et des oiseaux le soir venu. L'accueil d'Isabelle et Sylvain est chaleureux et d'une gentillesse exemplaire. Bref vous l'avez compris, notre séjour dans la villa Ciel de Kaz a été parfait .

Magnifique villa

La villa est superbe dans un cadre très calme, avec tout le confort nécessaire (superbe terrasse, grande cuisine, literie excellente, chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bains et de son dressing). Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles. Le petit bémol : Pas de commodités aux alentours, il faut impérativement une voiture.

A Ciel de Kaz nous avons tout apprécié : l'accueil d'Isabelle et Sylvain tout en simplicité et en gentillesse , leur disponibilité , le confort et la propreté de cette belle maison où il ne manque rien ,le calme des lieux, la qualité de la literie qui nous a permis de récupérer de nos journées sportives, la piscine où nous avons savouré des bons moments en famille ..et des ti punchs aussi ;))),la grande terrasse , la localisation de la maison en Guadeloupe. Alors nous ne pouvons que conseiller aux futurs vacanciers le choix de cette belle maison . Nous , nous reviendrons ..c'est sûr .

Excellente prestation. La villa moderne est décorée avec goût et répond aux besoins des vacanciers

Isabelle et Sylvain nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et répondu à nos demandes rapidement. A notre arrivée après un voyage de près de 12 heures nous avons apprécié le dîner qu'ils nous avaient préparé et heureux de trouver les ingrédients du petit-déjeuner du lendemain. Perchée sur une colline au milieu de la verdure, la villa très bien équipée, nous a permis de profiter d'un environnement calme et reposant. Sa position géographique centrale permet d'organiser des excursions et de visiter la Guadeloupe sans trop souffrir de l'importante densité de la circulation. Idéale pour passer un séjour entre amis ou en famille.
