Stone farmhouse in the countryside 10 minutes from the sea
Character cottage composed of two main rooms and a small room, in a quiet and wooded valley. Close to the sandy beaches of Cléder and Plouescat. Between sea, castles, chapels and mills, hiking trails nearby (circuits). A place for fishing enthusiasts (close to a lake dedicated to it).
The neighborhood is green, surrounded by forests, and "in the middle runs a river" !! Castle De Kergournadea'ch nearby. Visits organized all season by the tourist office. Large plot (2 hectares) Animals: sheep, chickens. Hiking trails. Beaches nearby nearby. Protected natural site of Keremma Roscoff, Ile de Batz, Morlaix Océanopolis Brest
The accommodation consists of a large main room with, equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. WC and bathroom (bath and basin) on the ground floor. Upstairs, toilet and sink, a bedroom with dressing room and shower (bed 140 * 190 cm), a second bedroom (bed 140 * 190 cm), a small room with single bed or cot and changing table wall. Facilities: TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture, barbecue, bicycles (adults, children) Private terrace, and very large garden. Dead end, no traffic, calm assured.
Access to all the rental, semi-detached with a second gite (a single person in this accommodation).
We personally welcome visitors and advise on local points of interest.
Electric heating or wood not included in the price.
Towels provided.
Sheets and cleaning on departure on request.
