Exceptional view on Ste Victoire and Mont Aurélien.
Located 10 minutes from St Maximin la Ste Baume, 20 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 40 minutes from the beaches and 50 minutes from the Castellet circuit.

Beauty, peace and quiet in the vineyards

Best place for a relaxing retreat after a day spent exploring nearby towns and villages. The home is beautiful, and spotless, with tasteful and comfortable furnishings inside and on the patios and pool area. Definitely take advantage of the tour of the owners’ vineyards and a tasting of the wines they produce! It was a highlight of our trip to France!

Amazing stay!!

We loved everything about our stay. The house was immaculately clean, the owners were very welcomming and hospitable and the kids loved the wineyard. Also very close to supermarkets and day trips to Gorges du Verdon, Lac de Sainte Croix, Marseille, Cassis, Aix-en-Provence, and more. We stayed in the middle of a heat wave and took big advantage of the pool, the airconditioning and all the great places outside. Love love loved it! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Warm Hospitality and All the Comforts of Home Await Your Family Here

We were six in all, grandparents, daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters, 10 and 7 years old. We had plenty of comfortable space together and apart in this well appointed home with all modern appliances, air conditioning, parking and lovely outdoor seating for dining and relaxation as you enjoy the beautiful views of the vineyard. There is even a barbecue for your use. We visited Aix-en-Provence, Cassis, Lourmarin, L’Isle sur la Sorgue and St. Remy from this location. Our hosts made us feel so welcome despite language difference. We both used translation apps.

Perfection in Provence

Where do I begin? Our stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. This house has everything you could possibly need. From linens and towels, to appliances and condiments/spices, to seating for all. Four bedrooms, a spacious living area, beautiful grounds with plentiful outdoor seating……all with a breathtaking view. We were personally checked in by Severine and out by Bernard. They were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of questions, and an appliance that didn’t work during our stay, and they were immediately responsive and fixed any issues we had. Don’t think twice, if you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Provence, this is it.

The perfect getaway in Provence

The house and location were exactly what we wanted for our sister trip to Provence. I wanted somewhere quiet with a view (and a pool!) but centrally located and it was easy for us to do day trips all around Provence from the location. Pourrières and Trets have everything you need (boulangerie, grocery, restaurants) The house itself is immaculate and very comfortable, especially the beds, something I’m always worried about in a rental. The house is equipped so thoughtfully with everything you need. The views are unbelievable and Séverine and Bernard are lovely hosts who were very attentive and very patient with me wanting to try and use my French. Their wine is also fantastic! The best surprise was the fig tree on the property that was peaking during our September visit. Don’t come here if you want to spend most of your time in the big towns such as Aix, Nice or Arles but do come if you want to an enjoy a day in town from time to time and come back to the most peaceful, relaxing environment!

Heiß, aber nice!

Wir haben mit unseren 4 Kindern, meinen Eltern und deren Hund 2 Wochen im Haus von Bernard und Severine verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr schön mit tollem Blick auf Mont Sainte Victoire und Mont Aurelien. Man kann wunderbar abends und morgens draussen sitzen, mittags war es uns zu heiß. Das Haus ist klimatisiert, was absolut notwendig ist, wenn man im Juli in die Provence fährt. Der Pool ist groß und war ein Highlight für die Kinder. ICh empfehle die Unterkunft.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici. La maison est très bien située, au milieu des vignes avec une très belle vue. La maison est très bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la vie quotidienne et plus encore. La grande piscine privée est idéale pour se détendre. Les hôtes vivent à côté, étaient toujours accessibles et très serviables! Nous aimerions revenir.

Séjour tout simplement parfait

Notre groupe, constitué de 4 adultes, 3 enfants (4, 4, 7 ans) et 1 bébé (11 mois), a passé un excellent séjour à la Villa des Oliviers. Les propriétaires, Séverine et Bernard, sont extrêmement sympathiques et aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes. Avant le départ, Séverine, a assuré une communication fluide, chaleureuse et efficace. A notre arrivée, tout était prêt exactement comme nous l'avions demandé (matériel bébé - un parc a même été monté spécialement pour nous), sans parler de la bouteille de leur excellent rosé qui nous attendait dans le frigo. Durant le séjour, c'est Bernard qui s'est occupé de la logistique (entretien de la piscine,...). Disponibles sans être intrusifs, la proximité des propriétaires est un atout, même pour les gens qui, comme nous, apprécient leur intimité. Les grands plus de la villa sont la propreté absolument impeccable et le haut niveau de confort, aussi bien à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur (climatisation presque silencieuse, literie de grande qualité, serviettes prévues en quantité, cuisine super équipée, salons de jardin, nombreux transats à la piscine, etc.). La situation de la villa est également idéale : calme, au milieu des vignes, avec vue époustouflantes sur la montagne Sainte Victoire. A seulement 20 minutes d'Aix-en-Provence, Pourrières est le point de départ parfait pour de nombreuses excursions (Marseille, Cassis, les Gorges du Verdon,...). Bref... la Villa des Oliviers a absolument tout pour vous faire passer des vacances inoubliables. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude de séjourner deux fois au même endroit mais nous nous y sommes sentis tellement bien, nous envisagerions sérieusement d'y retourner dans le futur. Encore merci à Sandrine et Bernard!

Perfect Cottage in the Provence Vineyards!!

Outstanding value for a private four bedroom home with stunning views of vineyards, Mont Sainte-Victoire, and Mont Sainte-Baume. The cottage was remodeled in 2017 and is immaculately clean and well appointed, with two modern bathrooms. The owners (Bury and his wife Severine) ask that guests remove shoes before entering. They live in a house about 100 yards from the cottage and run the adjacent winery, which fills the entire southern side of the property. They were most welcoming and helpful, giving us a tour of their vineyards, as well as a bottle of their excellent Rose. We found the location ideal for taking day trips to Cassis, Nimes, Luberon, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence. The bedding was comfortable and high end. Every major room and bedroom has it's own powerful split A/C unit on the upper wall that functioned perfectly. The house has a large laundry room. The pool was well maintained and a highlight for our daughters. There is covered, off street parking. The neighboring village of Pourrieres has several bakeries and a small supermarket for essentials. The "Cave a Fromage" restaurant in Pourrieres is run by a super nice family with the mother serving as the chef, turning out amazing meals. We enjoyed the cottage so much that we cancelled a couple planned day trips and just relaxed at home, enjoying wine and cheese on the patio while taking in the amazing views. In summary, this cottage met our needs perfectly and I give it my highest recommendation.
