Perfect getaway in the spectacular White Mountains just minutes from Rainbow Lake where you can fish and rent boats. The cabin is nestled among large Ponderosa Pines. The cabin has been recently updated throughout, is super cozy, plus has a large wood burning fireplace for those cold winter nights! The cabin has 1 bedroom with 2 full baths. The master has a full bath with shower and sleeps 3 in a queen and a twin. The 2 couches are pull out in family room for additional sleeping of 3. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the dining area that seats six with additional table outside for seating. A large outdoor gas grill with side burner can be used for bar-b-queing. There is a full 2nd bath with shower.

The outside sitting area is beyond amazing for entertaining with in ground fire pit surrounded by chairs and benches. The cabin lot also features a large picnic table, hammocks, horse shoe pit, swing set for kids and separate dog run. The other patio has seating with a large outdoor heater. You are literally in the woods with 2 acres to explore for the kids and dogs to run!! If you are looking to get away from it all and have your own peace of paradise this is the cabin for you!!

The property is dog friendly so bring your four-legged friends! (There is a one time $49 pet fee payable with the reservation). The cabin is minutes away from dining, shopping, and entertainment (including movies, go-karts, & horseback riding). Cabin is 6 miles to the famous Hon-Dah Casino, and 40 minutes to Sunrise Ski Resort.

Come escape from the hectic city/work life... slow down and enjoy the clean mountain air and friendly small town atmosphere. Outdoor enthusiasts will be amazed with the over 40 lakes and streams that offer up abundant fishing including bass, trout, pike, walleye, catfish, and crappie. The White Mountains offer four distinct seasons with 70-degree summers, a winter wonderland, and 180 miles of developed hiking trails, remote camping and wildlife, downhill and cross country skiing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, horseback riding, nine golf courses, year round festivals, casino gambling, unique shops, and many restaurants and bars... with 'true mountain' charm and character.

Such a cozy cabin that the four of us enjoyed!

Property is beautiful, especially the large yard. The cabin was rustic and so very comfortable. Our family spent the weekend enjoying the warmth and coziness, plus a big TV to watch football games. Thank you to everyone that keeps this cabin well maintained and equipped. We did not lack for anything.

Christmas getaway

Nice winter getaway. It was a perfect Christmas getaway with everything you need to make you feel at home. It was close to everything and the host was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!

This was the perfect weekend getaway in the woods. We did a 3night 4 day girls trip. And we are definitely coming back next year. We really loved the location. And the cabin itself was cozy! All the basic amenities are there and then some! We had every possible thing we needed! The best part was probably the fire pit with the big chairs to sit around! It was perfect. We will be back!

Memories made, happy family

The kids cannot ask enough to go back to the cabin and why we had to leave the cabin... We were all snuggled in there as a family but what a great experience I know for sure the kids will always remember the year we went to Grandma's cabin for the holidays...
