This property is near all major freeways with lots of shopping between Los Angeles and San Diego . This home has ample room for a large vehicle and garage room

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return keys to place where found, remove food from location and place in dumpster outside. Wifi is posted on pantry door. Trash is taken every Friday. Leave temperature in house at 78 when depart
Remove bedding and put in washing machine, start dishwasher if possible. Close all doors and windows, emergency contacts are posted on pantry door or in drawer in kitchen
Blow up bed is located in hallway, iron as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
It is a senior friendly community, noise is not allowed

You will enjoy your stay here. It is very easy to work with this host. The spacious home is in a quiet location, yet shopping, dining and access to I-215 and main surface streets is only 5 minutes away; wine country (Temecula) only 15 minutes away.The private courtyard is gorgeous, quiet, enclosed and meticulously groomed. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. We stayed for 6 weeks and enjoyed every moment.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and spacious home in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, exactly as advertised. Huge backyard with citrus trees full of fruit. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. We hope to stay again on a future trip.

The host was willing to buy some cookie sheets and sheets and a blanket for the blowup mattress and a small ironing board. They were several things that I felt should be there and weren’t such as laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent, and garbage bags and tissues. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed being close to our daughter in Menifee

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at this property.. It was located in a very good neighborhood and easy access to stores and restaurants near by. The home was beautiful and very clean. Very large kitchen for cooking. If we needed anything the owner emailed us back right away.. I recommend staying with your family..
