Very nice apartment of 130 m2 for 6 people with SEA VIEW. 5 MINUTES AWAY FROM SHOPS: bars, restaurants, grocery stores, butcher, bakery, bank ... in a typical seaside village. Nice both summer and winter. 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE LAGOON for swimming and 20 minutes walk from the beach and its waves.

Large living room with TERRACE and views of the lagoon of Obidos, 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 2 with 2 beds), tiled bathroom with shower, fitted kitchen with terrace and view of the spaces green of the residence, 2 toilets, big entrance and corridor.

Very quiet residence closed by a wall, PRIVATE PARKING at the back, green areas, SWIMMING POOL, barbecue, recreation room with ping pong table.

FOZ DO ARELHO is located near Caldas Da Rainha and its shops, the fortified village of Obidos, Sao Martinho do Porto seaside resort and Nazare and its great wave surfed regularly (do not miss that of January).
A little further you can visit Fatima great religious site, the monasteries of Batalha and Alcobaça.

Dans la première chambre le matelas devrait être changé car cela donne une sensation de tangage et il y avait "un lit musical".Sinon, l'appartement est très bien. Nous avons profité du coin piscine avec son barbecue et avons fait plusieurs repas dans un cadre agréable. C'est la première location où nous trouvons du matériel pour la plage chaises parasol et paravent il faudrait penser a une glacière.Nous avons beaucoup apprécier notre séjour nous vous remercions

Aus der Anzeige ging nicht klar hervor, dass es sich um ein Apartment und NICHT um ein Haus handelt.Wir kamen über eine Stunde nicht in das Apartment. Das Apartment war einigermaßen okay sauber, aber es standen alte eklige Putzutensilien herum, alte Lappen etc. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war gut, aber diese waren nicht vor Ort.Lage ist super.

Ich habe bei der Haushälterin gesehen, die tatsächlich ihre Putzlappen zurückgelassen hatte, ich entschuldige mich. Aus diesem Grund haben wir Ihnen die Reinigungskosten vollständig erstattet. Wie viele Eigentümer sind wir nicht immer vor Ort, aber jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben auch eine Vertrauensperson im Dorf.

Tivemos muitas dificuldades para meter o código onde se encontrava a chave, a senhora só falava frances se for pessoas que não saibam bem que ficavam há porta, depois passado uma hora depois conseguimos entrar na casa, não tinha internet como tinha no anúncio e uma casa que era muita humidade dentro. Bonjour Myriam Je cite Pierre qui est venu un peu avant vous : "L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, et possède tous ce qui est nécessaire pour le séjour. Le terrain de la résidence est très bien tenu, et la possibilité d'utiliser son parking privé est très sécurisant lorsqu'on utilise un véhicule de location. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous le recommandons" Il est dommage que vous m'ayez avertie pour le ménage qu'en fin de séjour. L'entreprise aurait pu intervenir le jour même voir le lendemain. Les photos envoyées le jeudi montrent de la poussière. Vous êtes arrivée le dimanche précédent. Désolée de n'avoir pu accéder à vos réclamations financières. Je ne suis pas toujours présente mais je garde toujours contact au début et en fin de séjour. Je suis joignable à tout moment. Il y a aussi une personne dans le village qui est prête à se déplacer si nécessaire. Il me tient à coeur que tout se passe le mieux possible et reste bienveillante en toutes circonstances. Merci

Séjour à Foz Do Arelho

Bon emplacement de la location avec jolie vue sur la lagune. Appartement très spacieux mais froid du fait qu'il n'avait pas été loué depuis longtemps. Ca sentait le renfermé. Nettoyage laissant à désirer. Vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine sale. Literie vetuste et peu confortable de la deuxième chambre pour adulte. Nous n'avions pas de clef de hall d'entrée pour nous permettre d'accéder directement à l'appartement. Nous étions obligés à chaque fois de faire tout le tour des jardins. Dommage que les propriétaires ne nous aient pas laissé à disposition une clé du hall d'entrée.

Tout est vérifié à chaque départ et il y avait des locataires avant votre arrivée. Je regrette toutefois que vous n'ayez pas répondu à mes messages de bienvenu et de départ. Nous aurions apprécié cette politesse. Les relations bienveillantes sont importantes pour nous. Vous n'avez pas les clés de la porte de la résidence devant car le parking pour les véhicules est à l'arrière et que vous n'avez pas besoin de clé pour accéder aux logements. Cordialement

15 jours au mois d'août, très bon séjour

Nous étions 6 dans ce logement et tout s'est parfaitement déroulé, il est très bien équipé, très propre, et bien placé. Nous avons bien profité du cadre et de la piscine. Le logement qui manque de peu de choses. Foz est une petite ville bien placée mais assez calme pour un mois d'août, fête du village du 17 au 20 août. appartement ancien

La piscine ne correspond pas tout à fait à la photo qui parait beaucoup plus grande. Le carrelage est cassé et quand on rendre dans la dépendance commune ca sent le refermé. L'appartement peut être bien placé pour aller à la plage à pied mais pour les personnes ayant des soucis de jambes c'est très compliqué avec beaucoup de montés. La déco dans l'appartement est à revoir car non confortable, tout est trop ancien, néanmoins il reste spacieux. Dommage qu'il y est eu des travaux face à la seule belle vue que nous ayons ainsi que la rénovation d'un appartement au RDC donc beaucoup de bruit.

Merci Yvelise d'avoir donné votre avis qui permet toujours d'améliorer la location pour les futurs vacanciers. Toutes les photos prises correspondent exactement au lieu décrit. Concernant la piscine, les petits travaux de réparation sont prévus très prochainement mais cela n'empêche pas d'apprécier l'endroit qui est très agréable. Nous sommes dans une région vallonnée et la résidence surplombe le village, ce qui lui donne plusieurs vues différentes entre la mer, le village, les espaces verts ... La décoration de l'appartement correspond aux photos du site Abritel, il garde un côté typique du pays mais tout en restant moderne. C'est une résidence de vacances. Les travaux restent ponctuels. Merci d'y avoir séjourné

Disappointed with the apartment and the communication with the owners.

First, we found the ad misleading due to the photos. The first picture is of the pool house, so we thought the apartment is in that building. Imagine our surprise when we found that it’s actually an apartment block with a dozen neighbours, all sharing the space that was supposed to be tranquil and private. The ad also said the apartment has two terraces, which further added to the confusion. It doesn’t, it has two balconies. They call it very silent. It was surrounded by construction sites, the people downstairs were making noise, and the neighbourhood dogs were barking non stop. The ad lists amenities which are either not there or not working. First, they advertise the property as child-friendly, which it isn’t. Carrying a baby and the pram up and down the narrow staircase is hard without a lift, but you cannot let small children take the stairs on their own either, because the railings have big gaps and children might fall all the way down. One of the balconies in the apartment has the same issue so it couldn’t be used. The ad says cupboards have child locks but they don’t. Instead, our toddler soon discovered tools and hazardous chemicals in the bottom drawers in the living room. She was also able to reach the buttons of the gas stove. The ad mentions games for children, but one of the game boxes had a vibrant community of insects in it. Therefore I cannot think of anything at all about this apartment that would be particularly child-friendly. Of other missing things I could mention the extinguisher, the blender and the dishes for children. The grill doesn’t work, and the first-aid kit that was supposed to be there is very limited. The coating on the frying pans is so scratched that it would not be healthy to use them for cooking. There were no hand towels and some of the bath towels were tiny. And this would be funny if it wasn’t so tragic: when we asked the owners where the bikes are, they said we can go rent some! We had booked and paid the apartment for two weeks, and over the course of the days exchanged messages with the owners. We clearly explained that we want a discount because 1. the ad was misleading, 2. there were health and safety concerns and 3. the amenities were missing. First the owners gave evasive replies, just wishing us sunshine and getting stuck on the smallest details. When we repeated our request, they stopped responding. So they took our money and ran away with it.

It is well indicated that the apartment is in a residence. In general our tenants are very satisfied. I very much regret the lack of sympathy from Carlos who every day requested a reduction on the stay. He left, leaving the apartment in a mess. Fortunately, many tenants are very serious and we thank them very much. I cannot agree with what is said, we take great care of the apartment with the help of a housekeeping company and a person checking the details.

Wij waren met een gezin van 5 personen, drie kinderen tussen de 11 en 16 jaar. Bij aankomst waren we aangenaam verrast door de buitenkant van het geheel. Een groot mooi wit pand en een keurig onderhouden mooie grote tuin met veel gras. Het zwembad was wel erg klein. Het is eigenlijk dompelen en niet zwemmen. Het appartement heeft twee balkons waarvan er 1 bruikbaar is om met twee personen te zitten. Bij aankomst was het erg muf en stonk het. We hebben meerdere dagen alle deuren en ramen open gehad. Het appartement is riant en heeft voldoende ruimte maar de bedden zijn erg krap. Het tweepersoonsbed is 140 smal en je slaapt onder oude vieze dekens. Op de eenpersoonsbedden lagen ook dekens en er was 1 dekbed maar dan zonder hoeslaken. Uitzicht is er feitelijk nauwelijks. Meerdere rolluiken zijn vastgeschroefd alleen vanaf het balkon kan je de Laguna zien. Het appartement maakt gebruik van gas uit gasflessen die op het balkon staan. Halverwege de vakantie moesten we de flessen wisselen omdat het gas op was. Let op bij aankomst dat je eerst alles aanschakelt. De WiFi aanzetten maar ook de waakvlam van het gas. De Laguna is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen bergafwaarts. Het zeestrand iets langer. Houd bij het lopen in de omgeving rekening met de forse hoogte verschillen, voor minder valide mensen is deze omgeving zeker niet geschikt. Voor wat oudere kinderen is er in de omgeving niets te doen, houd hier rekening mee. Maar de zee en het strand maken veel goed. Een bakkertje en een kleine mercato liggen op 5 minuten lopen in het dorp. Een rustige omgeving met uitzondering van de honden uit de buurt. Dit zijn er veel en ze blaffen veel en langdurig. Ramen dus dichthouden in de nacht. Het prijsniveau in de omgeving is zonder meer prettig te noemen. Zowel terrasje als uit eten gaan is zeker goedkoper dan in Nederland en prima van kwaliteit.

Comfortable and clean

Large apartment, furnished with everything you need during your holiday. Great landscaping. Parking on the grounds and a nice but small swimming pool. Short walk to town, laguna and beaches. Owners not nearby, so no personal communication or interaction with the owners

Buen lugar para recorrer zona Óbidos Fátima Batalha y Nazaré

Apartamento estupendo para alojarse en verano y mezclar playa y turismo. Amplio, limpio y con buenas vistas desde la terraza del salón. . La piscina es comunitaria. La zona muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar bien
