Great location and beautiful view.

Condo is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The host had everything needed for a great day on the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped (although we didn't dine in). Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Couch is comfortable and converts to a sleeper. The mattress on the pull out couch is thin and probably not substantial enough for two adults. Sleeper could also use some high quality cotton sheets and a cotton blanket. There is a rug in the living room that is not soft under foot and I tripped on it many times. The items previously mentioned in another review in disrepair are still in need of attention but didn't impact the stay at all. Overall it was a great stay for two of us.

Concerns

There was water in the refrigerator vegetable bins. A towel rack in the guest bathroom was coming off the wall. Coffee cups and knives were not clean. Front door screen did not close properly. The unit was very dark. The water filter did not work. The floor mat in the living room was unsightly and uncomfortable to walk on. There were too many plants that cluttered the unit. The lint filter was cracked and bent. The drape in the living room was missing a hook.

Beautiful sunsets

Jeff has a beautiful location. He was very responsive and wanted our stay to be comfortable. He bought us new beach towels and umbrellas to use. I would stay here again

Beautiful Condo with Fantastic View!!

This was our second year in this condo. An excellent unit that has a fantastic view. Clean and well stocked. Easy to communicate with Jeff. We would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Maui. Can't beat it!

I have traveled around the world, and found Maui to be my "Paradise". This property is located in one of the best locations on Maui. Tropical weather, clean air, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly people. You can walk to the beach and experience magical sunsets, or watch them from your Lanai. This location is walking distance to all the best beaches, and restaurants in the area.

What makes this property unique

Top Floor, Vaulted ceilings. Just one flight up. This makes for the best views and most privet location on this property. Catching the extra breezes, and hearing the palm trees whispering in the wind.
