Ekolu 307 - Stunning Ocean Views & Sunsets, Prime location, Fully Remodeled,

Enjoy our quiet and spacious, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, remodeled ground floor condo. Stunning views of the ocean and our neighboring islands, Molokini, Kaho'olawe and Lana'i await you and your family. New Covid safe cleaning procedures and additional guest cleaning/sanitizers provided.

We are located in one of the best buildings in Ekolu - Building 3. Our condo is far from the roads offering a quiet and peaceful setting for your Maui vacation. It also has one of the shortest walks from Ekolu Village to the Shops at Wailea (7 mins) and to the Beaches (~15 mins).

We are constantly updating our condo: always fresh towels and linen, new paint, keyless entry, new luxury windows, original Hawaiian art, fresh bedding/towels, new dining set, Nespresso Coffee machine, Bosch dishwasher, Glass Top Electric stove, new refrigerator, new dishware and pots/pans, and a new 65” LCD TV in the living room and new 55" LCDs in Primary and Guest Bedroom.

There is also free WiFi, a Blu-ray DVD player, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas/beach towels, snorkels and goggles for your entertainment

The floor plan is ideal! The two bedrooms and bathrooms are in separate wings affording great privacy. The common space feels expansive with a great room concept combining living, dining and kitchen facing the sprawling ocean views.

The Master Bedroom features a private lanai with an ocean view and a king bed.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can also convert into a king bed upon request.

For additional guests, there's a very comfy sofa that expands to a queen bed.

Upgraded spa bathrooms! Slab stone vanities, dual sinks in master, high-end fixtures, walk-in travertine stone showers.

There are no stairs to our ground floor condo, which makes for door-to-door convenience. Our unit is just steps away from the parking lot through a tropical garden path.kk

This was a beautifully renovated condo, well equipped, with stunning ocean views. With a lovely golf course close by it was very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great location and the hosts are very responsive. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

My twin sister and I celebrated a big birthday at your beautiful condo! The condo was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed, the master bath was quite large and the secondary bathroom was plenty big! Waking up to a view of the ocean was exceptional and sitting outside on the lanai was quite relaxing! It was very quiet and peaceful! The proximity to shops, restaurants, and beaches was just what we wanted! Our host went out of her way to make our stay very special! I would definitely like to come back as soon as possible and I’d highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone searching for a real gem! Colleen M

We actually live on Maui but needed another spot to stay for a quiet respite after a small medical procedure. It was so quiet, private and clean.the bed was heaven and a pretty view. Plus we love the grounds and location of Ekolu too. Thank you for our home away from home!!

Absolutely amazing! Condo is stunning. Nicely remodeled with stunning views. Close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Property has a very nice pool. I loved that the condo offered things like shampoo, bodywash, and coffee filters. It made things a lot easier and was much appreciated. Easy communication with the property manager. Everything is just as described. A/c worked very well. We will absolutely book this unit again!
