This was my second time staying in this condo, great memories. A little outdated however perfect for the price and location, we would definitely stay here again.

A/C stayed at 85’. Melted

It was okay but the A/C didn’t work!! Felt very sweating humid and very uncomfortable. Everytime we walked to the beach they were working on something in the hallway closet to room. Had to walk all the way around farther walkway from room.

Nice place great property

The place was as advertised. But Floors were dirty patio floor was the worst seagull droppings all over. We had to clean it ourselves even after telling mgmt about it. Bathroom fan needs to be replaced. TVs did not work at all. Toilet needs to be adjusted. Bedroom was covered in dust. AC filter was black. Washing machine had dirt grass and sand even after we ran 2 empty cycles it still was unusable. Mop had mold all over it. Screen door would not close on its own. We spent most of our time outside the unit. If you wanted to stay indoors it was not comfortable.
