Functional and decorated with great refinement, it has 5 bedrooms with a double bed each, and one of them has also got two single bunk beds, a separate living room with a 2 seater sofa, 3 nice balconies, nothing is missing to spend your day in the great outdoors and enjoy a cosy ambiance afterwards.

A fully equipped kitchen and 3 bathrooms with shower.

TV, a washing machine with integrated dryer, dish washer, and even a dryer for your ski boots, full speed and private internet...

This location is just perfect!

For your entire satisfaction, we have included bedlinen+towels, 2 lots in a covered parking as well as final cleaning in the total price that is displayed.

You will find all the necessary infrastructures for your holidays: for your children ESF (ski) school and nursery are two steps away.
HAPPINESS: Enjoy a true ski in / ski out experience, leaving the apartment on your skis in the morning, and getting back the same way once the lifts are closed.

Nicely decorated apartment in good condition and a really good location for ski in ski out. Owner is lovely and very helpful. Would have been handy to have a washing machine, was broken at the time. Living room a little snug for us, 8 adults and three little ones. The stairs down to the bedrooms were steep and we had to rig a gate to stop the tiny ones from falling down.

Het is netjes zoals op de fotos. Maar de ruimtes zijn klein en er is geen living, dus er is weinig bewegingsruimte. We waren met 6 de eerste 3 dagen en dan was het perfect. De laatste 3 dagen waren we met 8 en dat was wel het maximum.. Maar Bernard is heel vriendelijk en reageert direct, de locatie is ideaal. Op de piste en centraal. Er is parking en de receptie dames zijn ook heel vriendelijk. Dus zeker een aan te raden appartement in Tignes

Petit bémol

Très bel appartement, refait à neuf, très bien situé mais gagnerait en supprimant une chambre afin d'agrandir l'espace de vie qui est vraiment trop petit pour 12 personnes, voir 14. Difficile d'ouvrir le réfrigérateur lorsque nous sommes attablés et un peu étouffant.

Un séjour au top!

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement vraiment idéalement situé au pied des pistes. Très confortable, chaleureux et propre. L'existence de deux places de parking proches, de casiers à ski et de chauffe-chaussure sont des atouts logistiques non négligeables. Nous avons pu nous ressourcer entre amis et profiter de la superbe station de Tignes-Val d'Isere. Je recommande!

Great apartment, brilliant location

Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location. We had a brilliant stay. It’s nicely decorated, warm and comfortable. It has a washing machine and is very well stocked. Bear in mind that although there are 5 bedrooms, they are very small (similar to most french purpose built ski apartments) and there is no way you could fit 14 people in! The pictures make it look deceptively larger than it is.

Great location and fabulous ski base

We were 4 adults and 4 children and had a great week of skiing over new year. Ski in, ski out - close to the ski lessons and many restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen and hot showers.

Séjour Agréable

Joli appartement, spacieux et bien agencé . Avec un plus: l’appareil pour chauffer les chaussures de ski que nous avons particulièrement apprécié ! Idéal pour 8 à 10 personnes si l’on ne souhaite pas se marcher sur les pieds. Très bonne situation, en face de l’ESF, top quand on a des enfants ! Et on est directement sur les pistes :-) Rapports cordiaux avec le propriétaire et sa représentante qui sont à notre écoute . Enfin, pas de clefs pour les casiers à Ski et autres ... mais juste des codes, ce qui est beaucoup plus pratique et nous rend autonome quand nous formons plusieurs petits groupes. Je recommande cet appartement !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la résidence le borsat 4 app B204,tout d'abord le système de coffre pour récupérer les clés est très pratique,le studio est fonctionnel,bien situé avec un balcon suffisant et bien exposé (belle vue et ensoleillé).Le couchage est bon,par contre il manquait,au niveau vaisselle,des petites tasses à café(pour le nespresso) ainsi que des petites cuillères(en nombre insuffisant),également un tire bouchon.Nous avons constaté un mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d'eau(celle ci reste coincée et laisse couler l'eau) ainsi qu' un mauvais contact au niveau de la mollette de règlage du thermostat du radiateur à coté de la porte fenêtre de même que la brosse de l'aspirateur qui ne tient plus sur le tube.Malgré du bruit dans la résidence au début du séjour nous avons apprécié l'accès skis aux pieds du placard à skis et le bon fonctionnement des ascenseurs.

Excellent séjour à Val Claret

Appartement très bien situé au pied des pistes. Bien ensoleillé même au plein cœur de l'hiver. Résidence calme, proche de tous les commerces. Propriétaire très réactif et arrangeant. Nous recommandons vivement !
