Summary
Clean and well decorated innercity 1 bedroom apartment, only a 10 min walk to the Stampede/Saddledome/ BMO Center & just a few minutes drive to the downtown core or the Zoo. Enjoy Hockey games, Calgary Flames, Hitmen nearby. Located near the Elbow and Bow River.
✔Bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen bed. Living room can accommodate 2 extra guest with sofa bed. This unit is a home away from home for our guests. You'll have access to ✔free Wi Fi ✔coffee ✔parking ✔netflix ✔washer and dryer
The space
This unit is a 700 sq ft space has a large window in the main kitchen area, allowing plenty of sunlight for this apartment. This multi apartment building is built in the early 1950's, There is an extremely comfortable queen bed in the bedroom which can fit two people, as well bedroom has soft carpet and lots of storage.
The bathroom is a nice size with a stand-up shower, and we have done everything possible to ensure that you will be comfortable and happy in this space. If there is anything that you need, please ask us.
Beautiful floors throughout this huge living room area as well as a huge kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave and an island that can comfortably seat 2, to sit and enjoy your meals and dinner trays to eat in living room if preferred. Coffee and tea provided in the suite with a kettle and a Keurig machine at your convenience. Plates, pots, pans and everything essential you require for a kitchen is provided.
Living room has a sectional couch which can comfortably sleep one or two extra guests (for an additional cost per guest). The unit also features a large TV with Netflix and plenty of board games.
Everything in this space is well designed and comfortable. Safety is also our main priority, so wired in carbon monoxide/smoke detectors are throughout the building.
We have professionals come in between each booking because cleanliness is a priority to us.
Guest access
Guests will have access to laundry facilities if required . Before you book in, if required we will issue a permit card for street parking. We will require a license plate number and will book it online for you!
We operate off of the August Smart Lock system, so if you did not receive an email with the app instructions when you booked, contact us immediately so we can manually set this up for you. We can also provide a physical key is requested.
Unfortunately the building is not wheelchair accessible.

In his free time he love to do yoga, explore the mountains, fold origami, eat food and take care of people. Nic is originally from Nova Scotia, but has been a Calgarian for many years. He currently works for non-profit and does coaching part time.
