This charming building dating from the beginning of the century entirely decorated in a country chic style, for your pleasure and your well-being the refined decoration harmoniously combines old patinated furniture decorated with a few vintage touches. On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), shower room, wc. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom (1 bed 1.60 m), 1 bedroom (3 beds 0.90 m), 1 landing bedroom (1 bed 1.20 m) giving access to the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. A terrace with electric blind, enclosed courtyard facing south.

Behind the house a plot of 500 m2 with porch, outdoor games for children, sandpit.

Très belle maison de campagne

Magnifique maison spacieuse et au calme, l'intérieur est beaucoup mieux que les photos, jolie décoration, chauffage centralisé, cheminée, 2 salles de bains dont 1 baignoire, literie de qualité, grande cuisinière. Le seul bémol concerne les fortes odeurs de canalisations de la salle de bains du rez de chaussée. Excellent accueil par la maman de la propriétaire, emplacement vraiment central pour profiter de cette belle région. Nous avons passé un TB séjour.

Location satisfaisante, à noter que la chambre a trois lits pour les enfants n’est accessible que par la chambre avec un lit deux places où se trouve la salle de bain. Chambre du bas sympathique belle vue sur les prés, chambre adjacente à une salle de bain et des toilettes séparés. À noter relent d’odeur par l’evier, nécessite de laisser le siphon du lavabo bouché. Dans l’ensemble gîte où nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Espace extérieur agréable.

Maison agréable et bien située.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec mes enfants et petits-enfants pendant les vacances scolaires de Février dans une maison très agréable et chaleureuse par sa décoration. Elle n'est pas très loin de tous les châteaux ainsi que du Zoo de Beauval. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
