About this property

Well-equipped studio, on the 1st floor with lift and digital code, for spa guests or holidaymakers. 3 beds and SDE, 500 m from the Spa centers, 100m from the swimming pool and media library. Electric vehicle charging stations in the car park.
Our studio is classified 2 *.

We speak French, English, Spanish, German: English welcome, Benvenida en Lamalou, Deutsch wilkommen.

We love our four-legged friends, and we are happy to accept animals, provided they behave as friendly residents :) and respectful of the apartment and neighboring residents.

The studio is located in the Haut Languedoc regional natural park, surrounded by nature, between the sea and the mountains: hikes, waterfalls, cellar tours, mushrooms, geology, built heritage, don't hesitate, come and enjoy the charm and tranquility of Lamalou-Les-Bains, for the 2017-2018 season.

We have just refurbished and redecorated this welcoming 17m² studio, so that it becomes a cozy nest for the duration of your stay.
It can accommodate up to 3 people.

Services provided: * TNT television, DVD / MP3 player,
                                       * BZ sofa bed for two, and a single bed. Blankets provided. Possibility of Kit Sheets and
                                          towels on reservation. Plenty of storage. Table 4 places.

Soit disant un 2 étoiles...

Le logement ne correspond pas aux 2 * annoncées. Appartement usé, peintures defraîchies, manque des ampoules dans les lampes, des piles dans les appareils, une latte au BZ, les rideaux sont mal accrochés du fait du manque de crochets, juste 2 petits placards mais 1 seul d'utilisable, la penderie se fait au-dessus du seau et de la serpillière. Au-dessus de l'évier, un petit placard dont 1 seule étagère est disponible, l'autre servant à stocker les aliments laissés par les précédents locataires mais qu'il n'est pas bien vu de jeter. De même dans la salle d'eau, le placard étant rempli de produits de nettoyage. L'appartement peut contenir 3 personnes, mais si ces personnes ont des bagages, je ne sais pas comment elles peuvent les ranger. Pour la vaisselle, il y a pléthore de bols, tasses, mugs et verres mais juste des assiettes à soupe et des assiettes à dessert. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas, le rideau de douche bon à jeter et la brosse des toilettes et dans un état lamentable et vous reste dans les mains. Bref, le prix de l'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'état général, mais en aucun cas à un 2*.
