I appologies firts for my late reply, I wanted to speak the owner and my management first.
We thank you for your feedback and have taken very seriousely your comment. I have contacted the owner of the property who explain to me the situation.
He let me know that he changed the whole equipment on the very same day of the incident. He offer you breakfast and looked after you to make sure you were alright.
The fact you were close from the front desk was finally a good thing as assistance was here for you immediately.
As we are professionnal and very concerned about the comfort of our guests we decided to not rent anymore this unit to our customers.
We hope that you enjoyed the island of Raiatea and the rest of your trip.
