Spacious and open floor plan with a combined formal and dining room, separate family room. Large kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Backyard with RV gate, huge covered patio. Mature trees. 2.5 car garage. Laundry Room, washer/dryer. With part time managers quarter next door. Managers quarter is not part of this listing, but is occasionally occupied.
Ring camera is installed at the front door and outside the garage door.

Great stay!!!

We had a wonderful time during our five week stay. The location is close to spring training ball parks, desert hiking trails, grocery store and restaurants. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The use of the garage was a bonus for us. The house is roomy and well kept with a great patio. Our hosts where very nice and responsive to all our questions that came up. We would definitely stay here again and hope to next year.

Balboa house

This was a nice property. Very big house and back yard. We ended up having family in town the same time as us and we were able to host them at the house with enough room for everyone. I would definitely stay here again

Stay for thanksgiving holiday

The queen bed was off balance and we needed to put a magazine under one of the legs to keep from rocking while sleeping. My parents said The king bed was comfortable. The twin beds were pretty hard. There seemed to be an over powering smell of cleaning products that may have been covering a smoke smell. Not sure. The kitchen utensils need some attention there were some broken spatulas. The oven and microwave worked well.
