This is a cute and very comfortable recently remodeled 3 Bedroom/2 bath home - new carpets in bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, refrigerator, full size range/oven, carport and washer & dryer in the garage.. Back porch sitting/dining area, and spacious enclosed and private backyard. Is comfortably located near major highways, with just minutes away from sky harbor airport, ASU, spring training, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment.
* LONG TERM BOOKINGS (over 21 days) requirement: Guests accepts to pay $170 for professional cleaning services every 2-3 weeks (laundry of bedding and towels is included) ensuring that the home is kept and maintained in optimal condition.
* PETS: $10 per pet/per night. ASK me how to get a discount!! ;) Pets require PRIOR owner's approval.
* SECURITY: We have outdoor security cameras. backyard camera will be turned off upon check in. Cameras are only in place for safety and piece of mind while the home is vacant. No cameras inside the house.
* SMOKING not allowed inside, and please NO shoes on carpets.
