This luxury beachfront rental is located in a luxury condominium building on Marco Island, Florida. The unit has two bedrooms (with a convertible third bedroom that is hidden with retractable wall), three full baths, two living room spaces, a bar, dining area, outdoor balcony space with outdoor seating, plenty of closet space, and a kitchen with Miele and Sub Zero appliances. Rental includes use of utilities, cable tv, internet, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, parking, and beach access. This rental is subject to signed lease. Rental is for a minimum of 90 days. No pets, no smoking. References are required.
