Separate bathroom and toilet.
Shared parking within the residence.

Bedding: Trundle bed 160 (room), sofa bed 180 (living room), fireside chair.

Equipment: TV, washing machine ... Cooking plates (2), dishwasher, oven, fridge top (with small freezer), microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, Garden ... Table and iron, broom, mop, spreading.
