Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this unique property! The location is perfect for exploring and we walked to all locations from the apartment. The restaurant on the corner is great and we had several good meals there during our stay. We also enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop patio in the morning. I highly recommend this property.

Has it all!

Great location and home for exploring Sevilla for our family of 6 adults. The home is almost too nice as the rooftop deck is awesome. Great for seeing the stars or looking down on the plaza below. Great neighborhood with several places to eat within a couple of blocks. Ariane is very responsive and offered a numbered of places to try in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Central and private

The large house is in a great location for virtually any conceivable activity in Seville. It fronts on a very pleasant plaza, with shopping of all kinds only a short walk away. Because Seville is a wonderful city for walking, this is a perfect situation. At the same time, the roof terrace is a wonderful spot for a private retreat. We felt very fortunate to be there!

This location is a dream for any body who looks for sun and for peace and to be surrounded by beauty>
The house is slightly away (300 meters away ) from the massive touristic area .
The people of Andalusia,of Seville knows how to live well.they live a lot in the streets ,have tapas and after make long siestas( they rest in the afternoon and they live again quite late .They are very happy character and they are proud of their city.

What makes this property unique

The house have a special character..with the traditional warm yellow walls.
A lot of antique wood, antique ceramics from Andalusia .
The terrace is unit and is perfect for long nice spring,summer and autumn afternoon and evenings.You can use it everyday almost from end of mars to end of november and sometimes also in winter for lunch.There is a second kitchen on the same floor than the terrace.
