Villa Kentic Stone Holiday house with pool and stunning views

Villa Kentic Zugani. True relaxion in the beautiful surroundings of central istria IN CROATIA.

Situated in a perfect south/southwesterly location in the Hamlet of Zugani, nestling between olive trees, vineyards, lavender bushes and fruit trees with a wonderful micro-climate all year round. Only 10 km from the stunning medieval hill town of Motovun, time seems to have stood still.

The white truffles for which the region is famous are found almost on our doorstep in the surrounding oak forests,and which are particularly popular with gourmets.

In the immediate vicinity there are many great restaurants and traditional "Konobas" where Truffle specialities can be tried at "civilised" prices. The restaurants range from simple rural cuisine to star gastronomy. Our next door neighbour gathers truffles almost every day during the season (September - December), so you can buy probably the freshest truffles anywhere in Istria directly from him at sensible prices.

Wunderschöne Lage in den Bergen Istriens

Tolles , gemütliches Haus mit allem was , man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Vermieter super freundlich und zu vorkommend. Haben uns am Treffpunkt abgeholt und sind gemeinsam zum Haus gefahren.

A perfect getaway! But you won't want to leave!

A beautiful location with a great view into the valley, short drives to the coast, Motovun, great (truffle) restaurants and nearby artisan villages. The traditional stone house has been beautifully modernised, is pristine and FULLY equipped. The large pool area has a BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture and a pool with a view into the valley! We did not want to leave and look forward to our next stay!

Tolles Haus im Grünen mit traumhaften Blick*****

Wir, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind, haben den Urlaub in der Villa Kentic sehr genossen. Wir haben Ruhe gesucht und haben Ruhe gefunden. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr gepflegtem Grundstück, alles sehr sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist fantastisch und wir sind oft abends lieber im Haus geblieben und haben unser Dinner auf der Terrasse am Pool genossen, ein Grill ist vorhanden. Die Straße zum Haus ist, wie so typisch in Istrien, schmal. Gute Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen, allerdings nur mit dem Auto. Taxi kann man bestellen. An- und Abreise verlief absolut reibungslos, bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Wir kommen wieder. Alles super!

We found absolutely everything what we were looking for - best weather, tasty kitchen (truffle!), friendly and open minded people, marvellous landscapes, a warm and clear sea and last not least a great domicile of high standard and quality fully equipped with everything a family might need during holidays (big pool, barbecue, wifi, all devices, complete household) AND ... care and support by professional locals! Five big stars and maximum recommendation!

Wunderschönes Haus, ruhig und sauber

Die Villa ist ideal für erholsame Tage in ruhiger Umgebung. Wir waren mit 5 Personen und 1 Hund hier und es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Die Bilder täuschen nicht und der Erholungswert ist super. Lediglich die entfernten Hunde der Trüffelsucher sind im weitläufigen Tal wahrzunehmen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sehr schnell wie zu Hause. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5-10 km Umkreis. Tolle Restaurants. Die Empfehlungen im Gästebuch sind absolut top.

Loved our vacation in this rural villa

I have choosed this holiday house for my familly vacation. Trully great place if you want to have relaxed holiday. Small village, no traffic no noise. House was very clean and up to standard. We loved the outdoor terrace near pool, where you can enjoy in a shade have a drink, do the grill and swimm in the pool. Childern also loved it. I suggest you do your shopping before so you do not have to go daily as it needs a car. Very nice nature and views as well.
