Séjour à Hyères très agréable

La maisonnette est très agréable et bien équipée. Se trouve à 5 min à pied du centre ville. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant et accueillant. Petit bémol: une clim aux alentours est un peu bruyante. Mais c ok qd les fenêtres sont fermées

UN HAVRE DE PAIX A NE PAS MANQUER

Un séjour délicieux dans une petite maison agrémentée d'une terrasse des plus agréables. Oubliez la voiture ! Coeur de ville avec ses commerces et transports (bus & cars) pour les plages, les îles et la côte à seulement 10 mn à pied de la maison. De belles vacances ensoleillées qui nous ont ravi !

Agréable location bien située

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans dans la location première quinzaine d’Aout 2021 avec tout le confort souhaité. La rue permet de se garer facilement et nous sommes allés plusieurs fois en ville à pieds (pratique). La voiture est indispensable pour aller à la mer (3 ou 4 km) mais la presqu’île de Giens vaut le détour pour se baigner ou se balader.

Maison jolie, propre, et qui bénéficie d’un extérieur sympathique pour les repas (avec plancha !). Centre ville à moins de 10 minutes à pieds.

Très agréable

Un appart avec une belle terrasse propre et bien aménagé. Pas de soucis pour garer la voiture dans la rue très calme même en haute saison. A quelques minutes à pied du centre ancien de Hyeres. Il faudra par contre prendre la voiture pour rejoindre une des belles plages de la région.

Gerne wieder

Wir hatten angenhme 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber, Handtücher lagen bereit, auch eine Flasche Wein und Wasser fand sich im Kühlschrank. Vorteilhaft ist die Terrasse, die zwischen Straße und Wohnungseingang gelegen ist. Blickdicht abgeschirmt, überdacht und durch Grün beschattet stellt sie fast ein weiteres Zimmer dar. Zudem ist die Wohnung selbst so gut wie nicht von außen einsehbar. Der einzige Wehrmutstropfen war das Einchecken. Da der Vermieter selbst nicht zugegen war, übernahmen es Bekannte. Dabei stellt sich jedoch die Kommunikation, jedoch nicht wegen der Sprache, als schwierig heraus, so dass eine Wartezeit entstand. Bei der Abreise entschuldigte sich der Vermieter mit einer Flasche Wein. Alles in allem: Wem es nichts ausmacht an einer wenig befahrenen Straße zu wohnen, findet hier eine ideale Wohnung.

Tolles Apartment

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem schönen Apartment in Hyeres. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Altstadt. Haben die Terrasse häufig zum Grillen genutzt. Die Wohnung ist super gut ausgestattet - alles da was man benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bella vacanza a Hyeres

Siamo stati in questo struttura trovandoci molto bene. E' nella parte collinare, ma comoda per il centro , ci si va a piedi. Appartamento luminoso, silenzioso e fresco, anche quando la temperatura esterna è alta; C'e tutto l'occorrente per pranzare/cenare , lavastoviglie, fornelli, forno e frigo ottimi, e lavatrice esterna comodissima. Abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio libero fronte casa anche in Agosto. Località di mare raggiungibile in auto o con bus, o bike con spiagge bellissime per tutti i giusti ( per il nostro l'Almanarre ) con anch'essa parcheggi e sottolineo gratuiti. Grazie a Jean-François ed ai suoi amici Monica e Marc per la loro disponibilità e gentilezza. Grazie ancora. Alessandro e Paola.

Location très agréable et spacieuse. Très bien équipée. Propreté irréprochable. Avons passé un excellent séjour. Très belle vue sur la mer depuis la fenêtre du salon. Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil que ce soit des propriétaires ou des personnes qui les ont remplacées durant leur absence. Très grande réactivité en cas de besoin. Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir genossen erholsame 9 Tage zu zweit bei Jean-François und Laure. Sie waren überaus bemüht, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Villenviertel in Innenstadtnähe. Wir haben selten eine hochwertigere Ausstattung mit guter technischer Ausstattung und liebevollen Details vorgefunden. Den Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse haben wir gern und viel genutzt. Klare Empfehlung!

Agréable et coquette maison, au calme et bien située

Nous avons passé courant août 2018 15 jours en famille dans cette jolie maison très bien tenue et agréablement meublée. La terrasse, à l'abri des regard et du soleil, est un réel atout : elle offre un vaste espace de vie complémentaire en accès direct de l'habitation. Le quartier, avec ses belles villas, est calme, et idéalement situé, à 10 minutes de marche du quartier ancien. Nous avons en outre été accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée... Une adresse à recommander !
