Perfect spot for our holiday gathering with family. Close to the beach and bay. Everything as advertised and more. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook for and serve a crowd. Host was very responsive during booking and at check in. Loved that the beach and neighboring houses were decorated. Very festive!!

This place was fine - it matched the description and photos. We fit a Dodge Durango in the garage - a little tricky to maneuver into the garage from a tight alley, but it worked out. The master suite on the top level was nice with a large shower and opened up to the rooftop patio where we worked from on nice days. The guest sleeping on the smaller daybed in the main floor bedroom didn't care for the mattress and slept on the couch. The place is walking distance to the beach, a few restaurants and small convenience store, and 5 minute drive to a larger grocery store and other restaurants. The host was very responsive both before and during our stay. However, after our stay the host sent me a picture of the master bed allegedly from our rental and claimed we left black dog hair all over it, and attempted to charge to me an additional cleaning fee for violating the rental rules. Thankfully I had taken pictures of everything in the house before we left so I could prove that I did not leave black dog hair on any bed (I traveled from halfway across the US and didn't bring any pets), and that the picture of the bed she sent wasn't even from the house I rented. The host then withdrew the additional cleaning fee and apologized for the "confusion" - I'm not sure if this was truly a miscommunication with her cleaners, but it left a terrible impression just as I had returned home from my vacation. If not been for this final interaction, I would have given this place an excellent rating.

Arrived late due to Traffic from ongoing construction , location is perfect within walking distance to many locations and food choices. wish I had more days to explore and see more sites but other than that my stay was great

Wonderful location on Mission Bay. Our stay was 3 nights over Columbus Day wèekend. The rental home was clean, the beds comfortable and kitchen very well stocked with plates/utensils/cookware etc. The garage did fit two vehicles (Rav4s) but with care. Otherwise overnight parking is very difficult. Only the upper patio condition and cleanliness was not 5 star. The deck was dirty, the furniture was weathered as was the outdoor appliances. A very positive shout out to the maintenance man as there was a water supply line rupture and the owner/maintenance man were on-site with minutes and repaired wuthin the hour. This was very impressive customer first service.

With its multi levels The house accommodated our family nicely. (We had 2 baby’s and 6 adults. ) the upper deck was a great place to hang out with the whole family. We had it totally decked out for Christmas. Kitchen was clean w modern appliances and all worked satisfactorily.

Perfect property for family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our family. Having the bedrooms on different floors was great as well. We loved being a few steps from the bay and a short walk from the beach. We'd definately stay again.
