You will put your suitcases in this apartment of 2 independent bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and extra sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Shower room with Italian corner shower, basin and separate toilet. Private washing machine in the laundry room on the ground floor. Fitted kitchen semi-open to the living room. Full appliance: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue, espresso ... nothing will be wanting and you can always count on the owner's advice for the best addresses in two steps from the accommodation. The living room with direct access to the terrace is equipped with a TV, DVD player, library with local books and board games.

Séjour parfait – je recommande à 100 % !Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette location. Tout était exactement comme décrit, voire mieux ! Le logement est impeccablement propre, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir immédiatement comme chez nous.L’emplacement est idéal : calme, proche des commerces, du lac et des activités et parfait pour se ressourcer. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil chaleureux de l’hôte, toujours disponible, réactif et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région.Le stationnement dans la cour ou le garage est très appréciable. Bref, une adresse que nous garderons précieusement et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Merci encore pour cette superbe expérience.

Zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, guter Parkplatz, alles vorhanden, teilweise renoviert. Die Geschäfte und Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.5 Minuten Minuten vom See. Leider zu kurze Betten (140x190 cm) für 2 große Menschen. Die Betten in Deutschland sind größer.

Tres bon séjour dans cet appartement avec terrasse garage et prope bien situé entre le lac et le centre-ville aussi le magasin aldi a deux pas et tres bien équipé pour venir également avec un bébé hôte tres agréable je remercie monsieur et madame claudel pour le petit cadeau

Très bien situé et au calme

La location est idéalement située, juste à côté du lac, du centre ville, elle est baignée de soleil quasiment toute la journée ce qui est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Appartement propre, clair et très agréable, bien situé (proche du lac et du centre ville) Literie confortable et très propre. Espaces volumineux dans le séjour et le salon. La cuisine est complète par tant par son électro-ménager que par la vaisselle à disposition. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Bonne adresse !

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden herzlich und unkompliziert Willkommen geheißen. Die Nachbarn waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, sowohl der See als auch das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es hat uns bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank. On a vécu un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement qui est très bien équipé. Il ne nous manquait rien. On a été reçu chaleureusement et sans complications. Les voisins étaient très sympas. On peut aller au lac et au Centre ville à pied. Merci pour in séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour très agréable les enfants ont découvert la montagne avec joie

L'appartement correspondait exactement à ce qui était décrit dans l'annonce très bien équipé. Un garage et un parking très accessible nous sommes près des différents commerces dont nous avons besoin ,près du lac, près du casino ,la navette est juste la rue d'en face donc pas trop de marche à faire. pour leur premier séjour à la montagne et à la neige les enfants ont été ravi et nous confirmons qu'il s'agit d'une station familiale très agréable et très accueillante. Nous serions prêts à revenir une prochaine fois.

Logement au Top !!!

Le logement est parfait, très propre, bien situé, décoré avec goût dans le style Vosgien. Il est bien équipé, vous y trouverez de quoi vous occuper pour les jours pluvieux : des jeux de société, des livres. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds : allez autour du lac, dans le centre ville, casino, bowling, cinéma ... Seul petit bémol, il y a des personnes âgées dans le logement au-dessus et ils sont très très matinal. Ce qui n'a pas empêché mes petites filles et mon mari de dormir le matin. Un garage est à disposition, ce qui est très pratique. Il est petit mais si vous avez une grosse voiture, vous pouvez la garer devant le garage. As advertised. A very comfortable, well appointed apartment in an excellent situation.

We spent a most enjoyable fortnight here making full use of the terrace with its large table & comfortable chairs and the very welcome garage. The furnishings are modern, comfortable & the facilities up to date. We cooked most days using both hob & oven. Mme & Mr Claudel are most welcoming & Mme Claudel speaks good English. Communication both during the booking process and during our stay was easy. The location is ideal, next door to a cheerful cafe, very close to the lake, handy for the shops with a supermarket in easy walking distance [for a 75+ man]. Gerardmer is a delightful town, in a picturesque setting, with plenty to do or places to sit & relax. Ivy & I can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Appartement conforme en tous points au descriptif. Trés trés bien équipé et bien situé. Trés bon accueil de la personne en charge de nous remettre les clés. Décoré avec gout et trés fonctionnel, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la belle terasse extérieur. Immeuble trés calme. Le box est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Très bon séjours

L'appartement est bien situé, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. L'accueil est sympathique et agréable, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Il est idéalement situé près du lac avec ses activités nautiques et des départs de randonnées. Situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville il permet de diversifier les activités.
